That's my first grocery shop of the month done for £25.67. Sadly, as dh didn't bother telling me that we only have 2 nappies left (ds dry in the day so we only use one at night), it looks like I will be going back again tomorrow
It should increase my total by about £4 too, but never mind.0 -

£2 added to my total today, as we needed some shampoo, but I did go to Poundland to buy it. Its great when you can get the brands much cheaper. Made pancakes tonight, and pleased that I made them from scratch and didn't buy a mix. Everyone loved them. Made a batch of chilli tonight as well, and got quite a bit to freeze to eat when we don't have time to cook. Just about caught up with the posts;)0

Still living out of the odd bits leftover in the freezer.Hubby comes home every day from work with a little carrier bag of crisps and chocolate biccies etc(thats the grocery spend in my sig) which I complain about every time he does it as the kids just descend on them like vultures so its a total waste of money. He isn,t slow to get a couple of bags of stuff in for his fridge in the office at work but so far has avoided giving me any cash for groceries.Freezer contents will do 3 or 4 more dinners then thats it.
I usually get the groceries with ebay proceeds but I have hardly been online since xmas so dont have the money this month.
I have been frantically listing on ebay to try to get cash for food.I have tesco vouchers on at the minute and they have bids already so at least I know there will be cash in just under a weeks time, then 10 days to transfer it to my bank.I got well over 100 items listed yesterday(my computer doesnt usually work that fast so the usual is about 10 things a day max)
I hate it when he does this."Reaching out to touch the stars dont forget the flowers at your feet".0
