Hi mhe, I've just bought an electric hand blender from Arg*s for £3.89 and I got all my bread tins from a £shop - I hand bake and use these for the fruit loaves too. Push your luck, see if a £shop will sell you 6 for £5Slow Cooker was under £10 from Arg*s so you could say I got the lot for under £20 and that included a 3 tier steamer, as it was a free item when Woolies did their 3 for 2 deals - mum bought 2 items, I claimed the freebie :rotfl:

I have set my February budget at £230 shaving £20 from last month.
Good luck everyone and will see you all throught the coming month. But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
NSD for me today. Spent £5.01 last night in Tesco on Bread Flour, Golden Syrup, Walnuts and Coffee. Thinking about it tonight I thought that it was a bit expensive as Golden Syrup was 2 for £1 and Coffee half price. Had a look on receipt and been charged full-price for Coffee:eek:! I would be grateful if anyone would let me know Tesco's policy on this? I'm going to go and complain tomorrow but makes me wonder how many other times I've been over-charged and not noticed.
Going to catch up on the other posts. Hope you're all having a good week.
