Well, other than perhaps a bunch of bananas, I've finished my month, so I'm going to declare myself significantly OVER
Not wholly unexpected, and actually with good reason though.
I've taken advantage of various deals this past week or so, and now have two full freezers and a full store cupboard - cost about £80-£90 but worth nearer £200 by my reckoning, and easily covers most main meals next month, and in some cases, beyond.
So, whilst my end total is £276.49 (from an original budget of £160  ), my actual menu plan/immediate use shop has come in fairly near budget at approx £190-£200.
Next months budget, 3rd-30th March, currently stands at £175, so I'll declare myself in for March and hopefully, with all this bulk buying this month, I'll crack it.DFW Nerd no. 884 - Proud to [strike]be dealing with[/strike] have dealt with my debts0 -

Bit of a disaster this month. OH insisted on paying for groceries via debit card instead of giving me housekeeping money. I find it difficult to keep track of what has been spent unless I have the money in my hand. This month we have gone over the budget, not sure by how much.January spend = £100

Hi All
I finished my spending for February the day before yesterday but hadn't declared, just in case I had a last minute spending frenzy! So I am now declaring for the month.

Quietly pleased with myself for coming in £15-ish under budget (I suspect it might be a fluke though!:o )Will put my March target on the March thread....am off over there now. See you there!0
