  • One day till the end of the month for me, but I know I'm not going to spend tomorrow, so I'll declare my total of £198.65, so £1.35 under budget. Really pleased with that as we've improved our 57p from January!! Think we will stick to £200 for March, but I know its going to be really hard, as there is very little left in the freezer. Instead of increasing the budget, we're going to try really hard and see what happens. Kids are really enjoying doing the challenge. Will head over to March thread now to post, but will pop back here to check out everyone's final spend. Well done everyone, even if you are overspent, I'm sure you have spent less than you would have done if you hadn't been doing the challenge:T

I am so pleased. My final total for Feb is £224.92 against a budget of £250!! I thought we would go over this month cos we needed to restock so its great that we have come in under budget.

Thanks to all of you for your support on this thread, although I don't post much I keep up with you all and enjoy seeing how you all do! It makes such a difference knowing there are others doing the challenge too. Keeps me focused! (I used to spend >£450 p/m on groceries)

Well, had to spend a few pennies today as needed cabbage, b/sprouts and a parsnip as forgot to get one when I went to Mr. T. Funnily enough Parsnips are cheaper at the local convenience store than at Tesco's.

Month has now ended so I will declare a TOTAL of £215.89 - Thanks for your magnificent efforts Lil_Me.

See you all in March! Left right, Left right, Keep up at the back there :rotfl:
