It took 20 years but I did it!!

After 20 years of applying for hundreds of positions since I left uni I've just been offered my first job where I will be paid to do the the work I undertake.
I will still carry on with the volunteering work that i've done for 20 years but am very proud to finally be able to say that I now have a paid job too.
I know how extremely difficult it is to get paid employment in this country of debt and unemployment but my message to all is...

Thanks. It's a part time cleaning job, 5 hours a week at min wage.
OK not what I was expecting to do after going to uni but I beat the other 200 odd people who applied for the job including some experienced cleaners.Martin has asked me to tell you I'm about to cut the cheese, pull my finger.0
