No Buying Unnecessary toiletries in June

Is it the St. Ives Pump type bottle? They are the worst to finish. I usually put them upside down in a small jar to drain and finish them off that way.0

.
Also (whispers) my Body Shop delivery arrived, I did an order because I wanted some of their handwash for DD as she has started with eczema on her hand and we think it is the soap at school, so I bought two spiced vanilla handwashes as these are soap free, also got her two tins of hemp balm. Then to make the order up for free delivery I got the following:
2 x Raspberry Ripple Shower Gel
1 x Candied Ginger bubble bath
1 x Cranberry Joy bubble bath
1 x Spiced Vanilla bath and shower gel
In the stash I have a Candied Ginger body butter and a Cranberry Joy so these will be used together. The whole lot came to £17.20 including DD's bits as it was all in the sale.
Wait! Cranberry Joy is only available in NA at Christmas!! It's a seasonal scent for us!0 -

Its the bottle with th cap, I've had to keep it upside down from day 1.0 -
1 more UU, ESPA Lift & Firm moisturiser 15ml, (lasted for ages), bought as part of a try me kit, WBA, but too expensive for me, I hope I might come across some on *bay or another kit like this somewhere. The eye moisturiser was fantastic too.The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0

Morning all!
Congrats on the weight loss rosemary :j I need to start eating more of those salad things!
I finally have UU. About a week ago I wrote out a list of things I was sure I could UU by the end of the month and have only just managed to finish the first two. I think I might have been a little optimistic!
BS Cassis Rose EDT - WNBA, this was perfectly good for an everyday work perfume but nothing special
Avon Clearskin body scrub - WNBA, has been discontinued for about 5 years so couldn't even if I wanted to! This has been open in my shower for the whole 18 months I have been on this challenge. It wasn't nearly scrubby enough, did smell quite nice though. No more buying unnecessary toiletries 2018

Since you all must be experts in makeup and toiletry
do you still stockup on bodyshop glitches? I can get 6 shimmer cube palettes at £5 each with discount compared to paying £16 each which I would never but can't seem to want to spend £32 in one go even though I will get 6 items (will gift some of it).
Does anyone know if the body shop shimmer cube palettes are any good?
I have 3 of these shimmer cubes and I quite like them. The colours last well and are nice and shimmery. There's loads of eyeshadow in those little cubes as well.
I wouldn't worry about stocking up on a BS offer though, they come around at least twice a week!No more buying unnecessary toiletries 2018

Wondercollie - Cranberry Joy is a seasonal scent here too but they must have a warehouse full as this, the ginger and vanilla keep appearing in their sales. I don't find Cranberry Joy particularly christmassy just a nice fruity floral really. The ginger is definitely a winter scent though.
Re the BS Shimmer cubes, I have the brown one and each little cube is very deep so they will last a very long time, 6 of them would be too much for me but I suppose it depends how much eyeshadow you already have.
I have never watched Dexter, I am not very good at keeping up with long series' but if anyone hears about sky showing it from the beginning would you let me know as I would give it a go. I don't really watch that much TV, about 2 hours a day and even then my mind wanders. I love a good film and tend to watch more of those.
Rosemary - well done you on the weight loss. Keep up the good work.
A little uu to report today, a gwp size Clinique take the day off, have two more full sized ones in the stash but for now have replaced it with a L'oreal Sensitive eye make up remover.
Is anybody doing the boots 750 advantage points today? I'm not, I don't have the car so thats £30 saved.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

Just wanted also to say thanks to all those lovely ladies who mentioned my No Spend month. Here we are at day 19 and I still haven't bought anything.
Congrats to kiplingmonkey too who also has had a LBM re: the Q (or cosmetic spending in general).
Well done you :T 19 days and counting. I hope both re the LBM. I am off to Ragdale Hall for a day of pampering next week with my friend. This will be our third trip - on previous visits I have stocked up on Elemis as there has been an offer on in the shop - this year I am determined not to buy anything and will add £10 to my SPC instead - I will report back. I have decided that I am going to save for an IPad in my SPC so every time I have an NPI with a big spend attached to it I am going to add something to my pot towards the IPad. I put £5 in for the L'Occ TSV the other week and intend to do the same this weekend for the Gat.rosemary54 wrote: »weight now down to 12 .5 stone:)Dh away for last two weeks and I have been too lazy to cook so living on salads!....seems to work:) funny thing is I don't feel any slimmer:rotfl:my aim is for 11.5 stone but maybe a little more, would love to get back to pre baby weight(youngest is 23 next month!)will have to dig out baby books to check what it was as no idea!
Well done on the weight loss Rosemary :T - I need to do something about this area of my life too.
No more UUs this week but have some splutterers so hope to have at least 1 by the end of the week. Enjoy the sunshine everyone0 -
checked out pre baby weight and was shocked to see it was as high as 11 stones!.....70 kilos before 1st son then weight at start of second two was 73.4 ....don;t know when I managed to reach 13 stone 4lbs:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
anyway nearly 1 stone lighter than in March so that is good,I was on a plateau for a few weeks and got a bit down but am now back on track and if the weather gets warm that should help:)I have cut down a lot on my biggest weakness....cheese and wine on a friday night when we easily had a pile of biccys with cheese and at least 1 if not more bottles of wine, funnily enough am not missing it:)0
