Well done on your weight loss Rosemary. I was doing great until last weekend when we were out at a party and then out with family for a curry. It's not that I've been really bad since but I feel like I have a food hangover. Last night when MrM was working away I just had a bowl of soup and a petit pain because I didn't want anything spicy. The problem is (and sorry if this is TMI) but I can't "go" so feel really bloated.kiplingmonkey wrote: »Well done you :T 19 days and counting. I hope both re the LBM. I am off to Ragdale Hall for a day of pampering next week with my friend. This will be our third trip - on previous visits I have stocked up on Elemis as there has been an offer on in the shop - this year I am determined not to buy anything and will add £10 to my SPC instead - I will report back. I have decided that I am going to save for an IPad in my SPC so every time I have an NPI with a big spend attached to it I am going to add something to my pot towards the IPad. I put £5 in for the L'Occ TSV the other week and intend to do the same this weekend for the Gat.
No more UUs this week but have some splutterers so hope to have at least 1 by the end of the week. Enjoy the sunshine everyone
Enjoy your time at the spa. Let us know what treatment(s) you have. The spa onboard my cruise ship uses Elemis so I may treat myself on my hols to a massage or facial.
Gatineau doesn't do anything for me so I'll be safe although I'm trying to talk MrM into going over to Cheshire Oaks on Sunday. Have seen on their website that they have a TBS outlet there now. I remember they used to have one and it never sold anything decent though.
I too have splutterers.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Another Dexter fan here too!! My jaw dropped at the season finale - can't wait to see where the writers go from here.
VALM - Well done on your 19 NS achievement. Wish it would rub off on me!
Rosemary - Nearly a stone off - great result.ruby_eskimo wrote: »Hi everyone, not been around this month because of moving and starting the new job but have a whole bunch of UU to report:

-Avene Ystheal eye cream
-Boots Vitamin E SPF 15 eye cream
-Revlon Grow Luscious mascara

Have bought replacements for all as there were none in the stash! I don't actually have a stash anymore to be honest! On the toiletry front anyway. Have I graduated then? Still have shed loads of makeup to contend with though but have managed to not buy anything makeup wise since 1 December 2011. That's almost 8 months!

I have a GA - Nails Inc A & E. Not sure how I got this?? Maybe as part of a set. I have never used it as my nails are strong so it is being donated to someone who would really use it.

Well done on graduating. I have a way to go - need to wade through all the shower gels and then should be there. Congrats on your new job too.Hmm I'm not sure, but I think so and then I went back and watched them all from the start!
Some of my friends at work have raved about Homeland but I really don't rate it in comparison to Dexter.
Sorry off topic I know! But I have no Ins so that is good!
I always feel so sad when a season of Dexter finishes. I've only seen a bit of an episode of Homeland and by then it had been on a few weeks I think. There's nothing else on at the moment that I would rave about. It's about time Season 7 of Supernatural was on in the UK though. The exciting thing that I bought was 4 Models Own NV. I rarely buy NV (unless it's a freebie!) but it was buy one, get one 1/2 price (£15 for 4). I chose: the Purple Blue Beetle Juice, Hedkandi Hedonist, Hedkandi Ibiza Mix and Purple Grey. I'm so excited that I can't decide which to try first! :rotfl:
Oh! I bought Red mag for the Jemma Kidd eyeliner. I prefered the Leighton Denny freebie with Harpers (I think) but I really wanted to read Red. I also bought a HUMUNGOUS box of Jelly Babies for £2 in Tesco (this is why is lucky that I rarely leave the house!! :rotfl:)
I bought a set of the Models Own Beetlejuice colours for Emma to give as a gift to one of her friends and thought the colours were really lush.
What Leighton Denny colours are free with Harpers? Have googled but only found reference to 6 different colours but not which ones.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. Some INS from last week:
- Simple cleanser
- Simple toner
- Simple moisturiser x2 (on offer, I use this every day and didn't have any more in the stash)ISA savings: £25,139 Other Savings: £1750 (tied up in bond)0 -
I was putting all my UU's in a bag and someone threw it away, so I'm trying to remember off the top of my head.
* Benefit - Triple performing facial emulsion - I used this for the last 2.5 months, and it really didn't do much for my skin. The scent was fresh/clean and slightly sweet.
* Aveda dry remedy shampoo (2x) & conditioner sample - This is the last of Aveda samples
* Caudalie eye cream sample - WNBA, awfully expensive and it really didn't do much for me.
I had to go buy a body wash, because that tk maxx soap was utter crap, and so now I'm using it when I handwash delicates lol!
So I have some INS today:
Dove bodywash
Garnier bodytonic lotion - the lotion that I have right now is slightly shimmery and wasn't fit for everyday use.No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries Challenge

The colour I saw was a beautiful bright orangey, coral. I didn't let myself look too closely as I'd bought the Models Own ones! This blogger has listed these three colours:
http://missyellieuk.blogspot.co.uk/2012/06/notd-leighton-denny-coral-reef-harpers.html
I think it must have been Coral Reef that I saw. It looks more reddish in her pics.
I loved all of the Beetle Juice colours (what a fab present!) So far I've put the neon orange on my toes (incredible colour with just one coat). Then I put the more sophisticated Purple Grey on my fingers (lovely but needs two coats to get an even coverage). I stared at that for about 15 mins and then caved in and layered Ibiza Mix over the top :rotfl: (it's glittery and lovely).

Highly impressed by Rubyeskimo's having worked through her make up stash.
After watching 'Steps - on the road again' (yes, I watched it, I loved it, DON'T JUDGE ME) I decided that the best way to UU my terrifying make up stash was to start wearing as much as them. Seriously, they are caking it on. Even H wears more blusher and highlighter than me!0
