Bunnykins so sorry about Lucy cat, it is so hard, but the greatest act of love that we can show our dear pets when the time comes. Hugs.

Willowbee well done for getting to Boots, even if it was a bit of a let down.
Congrats to everyone for the no spend days and graduations and to Rosemary on the diet, if you have any will power going spare send some my way please. The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0 -
I have been in a lot of pain over the last few weeks and have been feeling a bit unmotivated in life (chores, phone calls, e-mails, wearing make up etc), and it didn't help when OH told me (not in an unkind way) that the pain was showing in my face!
Well, the pain won't go away in the very near future, so decided to kick my self up the butt, so to speak. Yesterday I got my hair restyled from shoulder length long bob, into very sassy short one, the hairdresser was raving about the multitudes of shades of grey in my hair which makes it look if it has been well coloured:j and, now comes the really naught bit - I have some Lancombe foundation samples and a very swish eye palette in my possession. Not going to naughty step, haven't bought make up apart from mascara for years and needed something to encourage me to start wearing it again.
Last night went through Helmer and threw out old shadows and lippies and put some new gwp lippies which wouldn't suit me out in the CS bag. This had not better be the start of any make up splurges, I found about 10 good lippies (several new), loads of eyliner pencils (one of the cheap options when I was getting the nice EL and Clinique GWP sets), but soon I should only be left with colours that suit my current hair colouring and skin tone. Sorry about the epistle! Just nice to share with you lovely people here. The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0 -
:hello: for Bunnykins, its so sad when you lose a family member, and even though you know you are doing the very very best thing (and the only thing we can really do for them after all they give us) its still very hard.Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0

Have already spent way too much this month (not just on beauty products) and still have a load of stuff on their way, I'm so terrible
New additions to stash so far:
Butter London Knees Up - gorgeous metallic red, totally worth it
Butter London Handbag Holiday Cuticle Oil
Pack of Emma Hardie cleansing cloths
I both love and hate this time of the year... there are sales everywhere.0 -
Hugs to Rosemary and Maddimay, Rosemary hope your massage helps, Maddimay hope your purchases help chear you up.
Now I know I'm not supposed to be spending this month, but what do people think of this for storing unopened Makeup (and rarley used items) in so I don't lose track of what I have. If there is room I could maybe add some of my skin care stuff? What do you think? http://www.amazon.co.uk/Brand-Acrylic-Clear-Cosmetic-Carry/dp/B0069AZFQE/ref=sr_1_38?ie=UTF8&qid=1340278335&sr=8-380 -
