    Evening Ladies.

I'm in completed disgrace today - went to Asda for some bits and as i needed a face wash i wandered down the HB aisle to find the have reduced a load of NSpa bits.

So four Shower Sorbets reduced to 50p each in two diff flavours (these are lush - a really mouistering gel/cream)

Three Bubble Baths in Gingerbread latte, Hot Butter Fudge and Angel Cake reduced to £1 each

Three Hot Fudge body scrubs reduced to £1 each - no linky on Asda but pic here .

I also got a toning mist which i've wanted for a while, and some cheapy bubbles for my BF.

Desptie being in digrace i'm pretty happy with my purchases as i love the products and the price was a bargain.

I've also put an Avon order in - foundation x 2 as none of mine are working for me atm, a Skin so Soft Bundle and a face scrub.

I've used a few products up the last few days but no where near what i've bought.
That said it was a bargain and i will use them (the problem is i won't use the stashed bits)
I'm so boring, my clothes wanna keep someone else warm, someone cooler

I was feeling virtuous until I found a box in the basement that's left over from last year's bathroom reno.

    UU:

Marcelle Eyemakeup Remover Wipes --15 count. Meh, other products to try.

VO5 Conditioner with Vitamins. 250ml. Replaced with something from the stash.

TIGI moisture maniac shampoo. 250 ml. Smells like pineapple. Maybe.

EL Illuminator. Does lighten the marks. Replaced with a larger bottle.

Dimitri James SKINN Olive and Enzyme Cleanser 214 mls. WBA nice texture.

EL Lip gloss. Minitube size from GWP. I think it was called Copper Wire. Replaced with same from stash.

EL, silver tub 7ml of some sort of firming cream. Nice at night but won't hurry to replace.

Body Shop Satsuma Body Cream, the small tub. Went off in the swimming pool bag, so had to throw away the last application. More in the stash

There were ins. TopBox arrived today. I'm giving up counting ins. I really don't buy that much anymore and I look at the boxes as a treat but I've found that I don't lurk around the drugstore as much because I know there will be a treat in the mail.

But you lot did corrupt me and lead me to L'Occtaine but in my defense it's a 40 minute drive to the nearest one, so I don't go there often.

Really like the sound of the toning mist, you'll have to tell me what its like. Some really great purchases there and what a fantastic deal you got on them.

I am now on 291 outs - Yes I am counting samples, I know that is a bit like cheating, but at least it's using what's in my stash. I think that at 400 UU's, I'm going to treat myself to a handbag that I really really wanted for the last few years :)

Also, once I graduate from the toiletries, I am going to start on my makeup stash. I can't believe I'm going to be doing that.....eckkkk lol

    Fantastic amount of UUs
What bag have you got your eye on?

Valm - I am a total convert to cruising. We have been on four now and are looking for a last minute deal for this year too. The dressing up is all part of the fun too.

Welcome to Tater, we really are a very friendly bunch :)

UU yesterday morning - FCUK Polished Whipped Body Cream - Love the smell of this which I suspect is one that you do either love or hate as its pretty strong. I like it for my legs as its very rich and the skin there tends to be dry but feels a bit too sticky for everywhere else, that said it does sink in well so if I had the patience to stand around 'drying' it'd be perfect! This was a smaller sized tub and I've still a full sized in the stash - not sure if they still do it in any case but if so may BA but not for ages as still loads of body lotion despite bests efforts of using each night (when I remembered/can be bothered :o - do agree though the effort is worth the results) and GA a fair amount too. I swear its multiplying!

Also - M & S Luscious Lime Bath Caviar - No strong feelings on this one, just a bit of fun really.

OH is working all weekend :( If I'm totally honest he's more upset about it than I am as have a nice chilled out day planned, nice soak in the bath, hair cut later on - I'm trying to grow it but its been 10 wk since I last had a trim and one side is insisting on sticking out, even the straighteners won't fix it! I've also got loads of things I keep meaning to Ebay on the free listings weekends but always leave it all to Sunday night when I'm too tired so going to sort all that out - maybe take all the pics today and then I'm ready to go for listing them tomorrow. I read somewhere that Sun night is the best time to have your auctions ending as that's when the site sees the most traffic.

Am I the only one glued to the football then?? :p

I'm exactly the same, always have been!!! Maybe I'm not such a weirdo after all!! :D

    Two mad dollies then.

I have uu, Body Shop Moringa Body Scrub - lovely stuff, I use this on dry skin and find it works best that way, loses some of its scrubbiness on wet skin.

I include all my make up in my stash - the trouble is make up is so slooow to UU. I saw a glimmer of silver at the bottom of a Smashbox cream eyeliner pot this week but know it will still be months before it is UU and that is using it every day!

    Another UU to declare:

L'Occitane immortelle brightening hand cream - WNBA - I did get accustomed to the scent of this which I found quite strong at first but this doesn't come close to their Shea butter hand cream which is one of my HG handcreams. It was absorbed well but didn't feel as rich to me as the shea butter one and my hands need rich (especially after constant washing earlier in the week when eldest DD had tummy bug).

I have moved onto a S&G one now - I have to say, I don't know what all the fuss is about this brand - I got sucked into the hype but am now on a mission to UU the 35 S&G items in my stash before the end of the year. I definately won't be doing the OOTW this Christmas!

I managed to stay away from the L'Occ site so not tempted by the sale and we don't live anywhere near a shop so no temptation there either. Haven't done the Kipling TSV either - need to find a thermometer and check my temperature..,....

Welcome Tater, hope you enjoy it here.

On the subject of thunder - I love thunderstorms, always have, can't get enough of them, the way it comes over all dark, bouncing rain, lightning, I do love a bit of weather though, extreme weather not just pittling it down all the time, am a big fan of winter too. Weird I know.

I can't remember if I welcomed Tater so shall welcome again. :o

I normally do love thunderstorms, but was a bit concerned as I was on the Net and it is possible for a strike to blow all the electrical appliances in the house!

In Germany in 1992 I watched the most fantastic thunderstorm over the Luneberg Heath from my apartment balcony, something I shall never forget.

We also had a phenomenal storm here c. 2001 when I was out for a gastropub meal, the pub is opposite a major chemical complex, which would take out half the town if it went up.
Needless to say, sod's law and lightning both struck the complex, and there was a fire on the roof of one unit there.  It was a major local headline the following day.

Back on topic. A UU Wilko 250 ml Shower Cream in Mint and Cucumber.
WIBA? Absolutely. Wilkinson's often have this on offer, and it's a super buy even at the normal price - c. £1.
It grew on me, it's the most virulent shade of green, and doesn't have the 'zap' of Original Source Mint and Tea Tree, but it lathers superbly well, has a lovely minty fragrance and did leave my skin feeling clean and moisturised too.

Next in line is a Radox orange and mango (I think) shower cream that I was given for my birthday, to be used with a sorta matching Pampered body butter that was also a gift.
Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.
