Tesco Misprices Thread 14

500g lean mince currently on 2 offers: the usual stickered 3 for £10 and £3 per pack on SEL (until 12 Jan). I was charged £10 for 3 so got DTD back at Customer Services in Maldon when I pointed out the total should be £9. Suspect this may be nationwide.

All were stickered at my local store for £10, going through as £14 (which is the price on Tesco.com)

Another misprice - Disney's Jungle Book on blu-ray, stickered at £12, going through for £20 (I didn't buy this one as I don't have blu-ray, not even sure why my daughter checked it!)

£3 is extra lean mince and 3 for £10 is lean i think. bit of a customer service error maybe

Not so - it was this one in both deals. Deals expires tomorrow anyway and no longer available online. Glad some were able to take advantage anyway.

Leo Bancroft Blissfully Bouncy gift set - sel said £3.75 - scanned at £15. I did an 80's style power pull in the middle of T's when I looked at my receipt. As far as I can tell I made £7 profit:j

Just come out of mr t's. Got a microwave advertised at £49.50 went through at £99. Went to cs desk and manager refused dtd. Phoned customer service who first agreed with me I was due dtd but then lady walked off with the phone had a half hour discussion to pass me the phone back and be told no we're refusing it as offer had ended yesterday even though offer was still advertised on a4 yellow card. Very sad and looks like they'll be no jacket potatoes for tea tonight

I love how Tesco staff try and make you feel as though it is your fault when they have not updated their display pricing!

Go to live chat, this is how i got mine sorted out, its clearly dtd as you were overcharged failing that email ceo
