Please could you tell me what is meant by a "golden receipt" ?
thanks

it means the original receipt for the item hasn't been marked by the customer services staff as a double difference refund. So it looks like the refund hasn't happened

It seems like Matchmakers are going through at full price in Tesco today.
I saw someone getting a refund at customer services in my local store today and a person on HUKD posted that they were charged full price this morning.
So definitely worth checking out if your store has B1G2F labels up.

Bought my DD some 'pretty knickers' today, you know the sort, barely enough material to cover the cats bottom let alone hers.....anyway, I digress...3 pairs went through on the 3 for 2 but the other 3 pairs didn't despite being marked 3 for 2. DTD received so got £6.00 back and only paid £10 for 6 nice pairs.0

tesco policy is you get full refund plus you keep the item, so if you pay £10 for a item and it is listed at £9.99 you get your £10 back and keep the item. i use to be a manager there...:rotfl:0
