    Hi

Please could you tell me what is meant by a "golden receipt" ?

    thanks

    x

it means the original receipt for the item hasn't been marked by the customer services staff as a double difference refund. So it looks like the refund hasn't happened ;).

It seems like Matchmakers are going through at full price in Tesco today.

I saw someone getting a refund at customer services in my local store today and a person on HUKD posted that they were charged full price this morning.

So definitely worth checking out if your store has B1G2F labels up.

I only shop at Tesco online. Never noticed any mis-priced items. Has only one got any examples.

You can't get DTD on mispriced online items
  • Bought my DD some 'pretty knickers' today, you know the sort, barely enough material to cover the cats bottom let alone hers.....anyway, I digress...3 pairs went through on the 3 for 2 but the other 3 pairs didn't despite being marked 3 for 2. DTD received so got £6.00 back and only paid £10 for 6 nice pairs.

Just a small one, Ts pack of 4 fresh cream cakes (in a box, with see through lid) SEL £1.80 going through at £2.10, so 60p refundedmaking them £1.50.
  • After Eights - sel said £2 but going through at £3 so £1 a box after dtd

:rotfl:yu are hilarious!!!!!!!but true abt the knickers!!!!
  • tesco policy is you get full refund plus you keep the item, so if you pay £10 for a item and it is listed at £9.99 you get your £10 back and keep the item. i use to be a manager there...:rotfl:
