And your OH LOVES 'looking after you' - so this counts as that too... it'll make him feel all warm and fuzzy to be able to look after you by making you sit in a horrid/uncomfortable place with annoying people ...
Well that's four endorsements, which I think, in legal terms, is what is known as a "forum quorum".
As you've surely read the small print of the forum rules, this temporarily transfers decision making to OH and makes him legally bound to drive you to A&E.
You know it makes sense.;)
Also how much of this nagging are you prepared to put up with?

Dh cannot drive me, he has had a douple of glasses of wine, so i would have to drive myself, have whatever needs doing done, then drive back. His role would Be to come with me and show the other drinkers it is possible to sit politely having drunk something.0

Aw. It sounds lovely to me, i am sorry you are scared. is it cloudy or can you see the beautiful stars now? The sound of the cows munching contentedly through the night is heavenly too. The tood news is all the drunken hoodlems are where its the middle of something, near pubs, (or in a and e tonight).0 -

oh gosh, this is another thing I'm trying to police. Where is that rolls eyes smiley when you need it?! Think it's kosher, but beware of habit-forming tendencies! Check carefully for being the opt out of future offers box I would think (not so much of a prob if the posy went to you, but more of an annoyance).0 -

I'm sorry you're scared too. I wish one of us was nearer so you could borrow a sofaAt least it's only did a few nights, and as lir said, you're away from the drunken hoardes. The nights are short at the moment too so not as long as it could be til daylight.
Have a slightly dodgy hug :grouphug: x0 -

OK I wouldn't recommend driving when drunk but I wouldn't recommend avoiding hospital when you need to go. CK's a bit far away but is there a nearer taxi service? By the way I know the answer's yes.
Don't say it's expensive- this is a time to remember that economy is our servant, not our god!
