Thanks Beanie and Fortune
House sitting again tomorrow night and then working overtime on the weekend. I am hoping for a good payday this week :T0 -
Great payday this week, thats more like it :j £100 off Debt 2 and £25 put asside for Debt 1
After bills/rent/petrol that leaves me £30 for the week. Don't think I need anything but may order a stove (£4.60) and some maths text books (£2.70 each). We shall see

Well done Pap, house sitting sounds good. What's your car like?0
-
Toots it's amazing, much better on petrol, easier to park and I feel much safer in it. There is still a list of things I need/need to do to it but all of which can wait until I am debt free
Another semi piece of good news this week is that Debt 1 is increasing it's limit. Ok in reality that isn't a good piece of news but it is when I have no savings if the car went wrong etc etc. I never use the thing and its safely tucked away at home but I can now use it if anything did happen to the car.
Working on a £50 debt repayment each week and taking out money for Oct (hols) and then Christmas it's looking to be Feb as my debt free date. I am hoping that I can have weeks the same as the one just gone though to get £100 debt repayments but time will tell...
Still Feb's good right?
Have a great weekend all, overtime Sun but a nice two days off otherwise :T0 -
FEBRUARY IS GREAT, £50 a month will do it. I hope you get lots more weeks like last week and that will really help.0
-
Feb is just amazing.

Thanks Toots and Beanie I really wanted to start next year debt free but unless I get more weeks like last then Feb it is. I haven't thought about Christmas yet but I am hoping to put the feelers out this weekend for a £10 limit this year again.
Tomorrow we are going for a birthday meal (paid for) and I have decided that I want to make a cakeI have been thinking about it for a few weeks now. So need some ingredients and more icing so thats where some of my spare money is going this week.
Will report back...0 -
Tenner limit sounds good to me.
Just a lot of commercialised twaddle & the true meaning is totally lost.
