IIRC there's the Final-Final reminder, then the Final-Final-Final reminder, then there's the OK how about only sending us half the amount, we have tried so very hard reminder.
Just a final thought for you guys and girls, you could aim for the allowed list. This is a list that car registrations are placed on after receiving numerous tickets that remain unpaid. When you get on this list any warden trying to issue a ticket to your vehicle, the software they use will not allow them to issue a ticket.

Just so I understand the point you are making. Are you saying that there exists in UKPC a list of what amounts to serial invoice recipients who, because they do not or will not pay up, are simply ignored? If this is true it makes an utter nonsense of the common PPC claim to be protecting the rights of landowners

As far as the difference of car park contracts are concerned was there a greater emphasis placed on issuing PCN's in those where no payment was made to landowners?
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

Clearly this "industry" is in need of a whistle-blower. Wonder what Donal McIntyre is up to these days?

Very interesting that those bonuses are on offer for issuing invoices, they will surely be in whole heap of trouble if it was on headed paper and accidentally forwarded to the likes of the dvla and bpa for comment ;)
In the bpa code of practise it also bangs on about how employees of ppc should be trained to high standard and protected by health and safety, here's 1 for you all ukpc staff are not crb checked allthough I'm pretty sure this is a requirement of Approved Operator Scheme, also as for health and saftey ant the beginning on 2012 ukpc admitted liability in 3 cases of health and saftey breaches when an employee was basically forced to undertake changing of signs on around 30 sites, this was to remain complient with bpa he was not trained to carry out this work and had to pay for his own equipment to do it,at 1 site he fell of the ladder and done his back in and after he had become unable to carrie out his job because of this accident they stiched him up and sacked him.Ha what goes around comes around I guess, punishment for issuing tickets in the first place as for health and saftey ukpc saved thousands of pounds getting their monkeys to do dirty work they were neither trained or contracted to do.Not sure what BPa would make of it

. No difference as far as ukpc are concerned the only difference is that when land management companies (don't forget most of the private land in the uk is mostly only managed by companies such as legal and general, jones Lang la sall )and these big management agents employ ukpc on the understanding that they are to efficiently manage car parks and only issue for certain things mainly disabled bays and footpaths, when MA's are on site they know and inform wardens to ease off further more they claim to help customers with shopping and all sorts of nonsense,as soon as they are gone it's buisness as usual. My advice for any one wanting to make life difficult for them would be to continue to harass the managing agents each time ukpc harass you.On any site in the uk mostly at the entrance and exit on private car parks there will be a sign with managing agents telephone number, this will be a local number straight to the office of the ones in charge. If they are found to be misrepresenting their contract they WILL be removed problem is they will be replaced by more leaches soon enough.
  • Hello again, just dropping by with latest update. I had recently recieved a FINAL REMINDER from ukpc. In it they informed me that if i didn't pay within 14 days they would instruct a dept recovery agent to pursue the "outstanding payment" on their behalf. I have now (today) recieved a letter from some outfit called...DEPT RECOVERY PLUS LTD. (recovery, investigation & bailiff services).

Basically what they are telling me is that i have 7 days from the date of this letter to pay up (now standing at £150... gone up by another £60) otherwise this matter may be passed to their soliciter to commence county court proceedings. Anyway, thats my situation as it stands at the moment. ( Now i know how the fox feels at the local hunt....think i'll rename myself THE FUGITIVE :)

Have you played PPC snap by matching your latest letter against the third-from-top thread preview pictures? 'PPC letter chains'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Hi all, here's my latest update...about a week after recieving my first letter from dept recovery plus, they were kind enough to send me a second letter which was an exact copy of their first letter. Now i have recieved a third letter from them. I read your posts Skagbagger and i think they must have sent a batch of them out because i have just today also recieved the exact same one as you. It's the
NOTICE OF INTENDED LITIGATION one. Oh well ...never mind...keep calm and carry on. :)
