IIRC there's the Final-Final reminder, then the Final-Final-Final reminder, then there's the OK how about only sending us half the amount, we have tried so very hard reminder.0

Just a final thought for you guys and girls, you could aim for the allowed list. This is a list that car registrations are placed on after receiving numerous tickets that remain unpaid. When you get on this list any warden trying to issue a ticket to your vehicle, the software they use will not allow them to issue a ticket.
As far as the difference of car park contracts are concerned was there a greater emphasis placed on issuing PCN's in those where no payment was made to landowners? My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
Clearly this "industry" is in need of a whistle-blower. Wonder what Donal McIntyre is up to these days?Je suis Charlie.0

Very interesting that those bonuses are on offer for issuing invoices, they will surely be in whole heap of trouble if it was on headed paper and accidentally forwarded to the likes of the dvla and bpa for comment0

Just so I understand the point you are making. Are you saying that there exists in UKPC a list of what amounts to serial invoice recipients who, because they do not or will not pay up, are simply ignored? If this is true it makes an utter nonsense of the common PPC claim to be protecting the rights of landowners

Hello again, just dropping by with latest update. I had recently recieved a FINAL REMINDER from ukpc. In it they informed me that if i didn't pay within 14 days they would instruct a dept recovery agent to pursue the "outstanding payment" on their behalf. I have now (today) recieved a letter from some outfit called...DEPT RECOVERY PLUS LTD. (recovery, investigation & bailiff services).
Basically what they are telling me is that i have 7 days from the date of this letter to pay up (now standing at £150... gone up by another £60) otherwise this matter may be passed to their soliciter to commence county court proceedings. Anyway, thats my situation as it stands at the moment. ( Now i know how the fox feels at the local hunt....think i'll rename myself THE FUGITIVE0 -
Have you played PPC snap by matching your latest letter against the third-from-top thread preview pictures? 'PPC letter chains'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all, here's my latest update...about a week after recieving my first letter from dept recovery plus, they were kind enough to send me a second letter which was an exact copy of their first letter. Now i have recieved a third letter from them. I read your posts Skagbagger and i think they must have sent a batch of them out because i have just today also recieved the exact same one as you. It's the
NOTICE OF INTENDED LITIGATION one. Oh well ...never mind...keep calm and carry on.0
