In all your research, you seem not to have spotted the request to start a new thread for a new case.
If you do that I'm sure you'll get some good help from the experts on here. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hi all - hoping for reassurance - can i start by saying i have spent hours trawling through this forum and pepipoo so i am not posting this without prior effort. i have followed the advice of this forum and as such have ignored 3 letters from TPS f[or, according to them, overstaying my welcome at a supermarket multi-story car park], 3 from Debt Recovery Plus and now received 1 from Zenith [who i understand are DRP in disguise]. most postings say ignore. but there is clearly a posibility [albeit remote] that they could take me to court. someone has to be that 0.002%! can anyone advise as to what would happen then? what are the chances of me losing and if so what coudl it cost me? i cant find any reference to that - can anyone help??
If , as you say, someone has to be that 0.002%, then have you not answered your own question?
As to what it could cost you - anything up to a couple of hundred pounds if they got their costs up and a favourable judge. One lot went for over £4000 but lost.0 -

Hi to you all. I haven't posted here for quite some time now, the reason being that i wanted to leave it for a while just to make sure that they have actually given up hope of ever swindling any money out of me. I recieved my last letter from the carpark cowboys in November 2012, we are now in May 2013 so i guess they have finally realised that after sending me a series of nine letters of extortion threatening me with all sorts that they ain't gonna get any money from me and that I am in fact actually starting to cost them money having to make out these letters and then the postage costs etc just to have them ignored at the end of the day
. By the way....Well done to you littleshygirl for holding your nerve
EVERYONE TAKE HEED....JUST IGNORE THESE CHANCERS...DON'T PAY THEM. ((We all work hard enough to earn what we have in our pockets without being swindled out of it.))0 -
If all else fails try contacting the owners of the land as I understand they are the only people who can take you to court (or has this changed) and ask them if they are really prepared to be involved in a court case.0

Do the PCN notices hold any substance ? I have read previous chats and it seems the general concensus is to ignore, all be it they were from a while back.
I have just taken delivery of a second demand, increasing the payment from £50 to £100.
This is a ticket issued by a private company, not an official County Council PCN.
Should I ignore there letters, or pay up ? thx0 -

This is an old pre-POFA thread, so the advice to ignore may not be the best in your situation - You need to start your own thread for up to date help/info.
When you do, also tell us who issued the ticket.0
