Tesco Green Clubcard points - problems and issues

I phoned up Tesco's customer helpline and complained about the constant non-award of green points at my local Tesco in Colchester. In my first attempt I was told by the advisor that she could do nothing about it and I should make sure I remind the cashier when I check out. Unfazed, I call them again and the second advisor told me that as a courtesy, she's giving me 15 points this time but I should go to the local store's customer service desk to sort it out myself. Well, that's really, really helpful, isn't it?

our store in sunny scunny is also scanning a chart of bags for life etc and gives correct points now.
