    Afternoon everyone :hello:

    Happy birthday RacyRed

I'm sitting on the sofa, with DH's work laptop on my lap. We're watching the rugby too, so multi-tasking...... Well, I am. DH can only do one thing at once :D.

We had a walk down to the Farmers' Market this morning. It's only on once a month and this is the first time that we've both been around for it for a while. There's a lovely pie stall there and they do the most divine pie made with a South African style curry, so that was our lunch. We also got some lovely beef mince from one of our favourite stalls.

Not much else to report, I'm afraid. We're having a veggie lasagne tonight, which will also be tomorrow's supper too.

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Hello!

Just popped on to wish Racyred a Happy Birthday! :bdaycake:

We are starting to sort out the loft this week! This could take a while, on the plus side I have found a fair bit of tupperware ready for reorganising the freezers. The DW and the WM are in constant use!

Tonights meal is oven baked (in foil parcels) salmon and steamed veg in balsalmic vinegar.

Lunch was cheese salad with home sprouted alfalfa. Hopefully I will loose some lbs before Mondays weigh in!

DD home soon so we have to download the template letter for the Halifax etc.,

Hope everyone is ok specially Neaves dd.

    ((((Hugs)))

    Good afternoon everyone,

Another sucessfull football score here, DSs team won 1 - 0, they were playing a very good team, our coaches didnt know if they would be able to beat them, but they did!!! DS very happy, they are now unbeaten since last February, so they now have a very good reputation.

Then went to Mr Ts, spent £65.78:eek: but have stocked up, and its nearly 2 weeks since i last went, just hope i can get to the end of the month before going again now. Also filled the car with petrol, so an expensive day today.

Now home, and going to veg out for a bit:j

    Have a lovely afternoon,
    Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    Afternoon

    Congratulations to the football players!

the day has changed abit as my dad phone this morning to ask if the cavity wall man could come and do the walls today, dads paying so hopefully it will help reduce our heating bill abit. But the down side is DD wont have a sleep while theres a man drilling holes in the wall of the house. So shes watching a DVD of Camblewick Green.

Ended up wizzing to Aldi instead of the market only spent £22 so very pleased with my self as I think this will take us through till DH payday on the 20th. Off now to do some baking and a batch of soup now.

    Have a good afternoon

Phew I am bushed.......we went to the allotment and have put in all the shrubs we took out from the front garden and I re-arranged the pot from the back that have been taken up over the last couple of days, ate our lunch up there, very pleasant in the sun.

Home again, had a cuppa and have just finished packing the car for the boot sale tomorrow........hope we manage to sell quite a bit of the stuff, if it doesn't sell it will either go back next week or to the charity shop. I have a load of tupperware type stuff to sell, I did a massive clear out and halved everything that was in the cupboard.

Have a batch of scones in the oven, fish, mashed spuds and swede and peas with mustard sauce for supper tonight, chcken for tomorrow.

Right thats me off for now, a cup of Earl Grey calls........

Happy birthday Racy....hope you have a lovely day!!!!

It's been a lovely, sunny day here :T The dogs are outside, so I've been able to vac and mop the floors, without them un-doing it all in seconds :D

I've cleaned the bathroom, cleaned the kitchen, put a load of washing in, made flapjacks, walked one of the dogs, and even cleaned the windows I've been meaning to do since Christmas :rotfl:

Going to get veggies out the garage and prepare tea for tonight in a bit. I just love it when the sun is shining, makes everything seem that little bit better :j

twink (((hugs)))) please don't worry about your blood test - and about being on your own. Kyle will be there for you and we are here if you need to let your guard down, let off steam or just need to share your worries. You have been there for many of us OSers, let us be there for you. ((hugs))

Good deal on the rolls btw - I paid 49p for 4 wholemeal rolls at Morrisons today. Your cauli was a bargain too. My DS and DD don't like cauli so it isn't economically viable (LOL) for me to buy it fresh. I buy mine frozen then cook it as I need it.
