But on the other hand you have some free time to go up into the loft and check out those books....
Or fill out an application form for some additional tutoring, which is what I am doing now - see if I can get a few more hours that may not be cancelled!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Afternoon..what a week it's turning out to be for you!!!!...sorry about the loss of income...but think that getting rid of one car is a fantastic idea as it will free a lot of money up and what a great idea that bus pass is...as for looking at our budgets I find it a great idea and do mine every few months to see if I can shave anything off...so well done on that..I know how hard it is trying to plan a budget when being self employed with income not being guaranteed...but well worth it...so good luck with that...0

Evening hypno.
Gah! Sorry to hear about that loss of earnings.
Allow yourself a bit of time stomping about & swearing or whatever it is you do when you are fully P'd off......then look forward.
There may be something just around the corner to redress the balance....
I hope the rest of the week gets better.

Hubby wrote our second car off just before Christmas last year (no-one hurt, luckily!) - and tbh it was probably one of the best things that could have happened - we have saved over £400.00 this year alone in tax, insurance, MOT and maintenance, and the insurance paid out £1200.00 for the car. We have missed it on some occasions, but found that we were mostly using it through laziness when we could have easily got somewhere another way - it mostly took hubby to and from work - but he only works 1/2 mile away!!! So as they say, this cloud had a silver lining for us - our budge certainly thanks us!!!
And on the work thing, well done you for putting the health of a vulnerable patient first WELL DONE HYPNO!!!!!!!!11Live on £4000 a year again for 20110 -
