Hi there, thanks KC, it would be great if you could email me that guide. My addy is on my profile I think.

Off to have a quick hot bath, then off to see more clients. Back later!!

Mustard baths are apparently supposed to be good for aching muscles - although you might smell a bit funny afterwards!

Hope the library letter is the turning point for things starting to go well for you again

I know what you mean - I am well behind with threads on here! Loads of newbies must think I am very selfish, but I will try and get through them eventually.

Basically, no news from Barclays, got £80 back from HSBC, laptop died and spent over £600 on a new one, ache all over but have to work so no time to feel sorry for myself - but am grumpy which the kids hate as it is summer hols! Kids are fine - fit and healthy, and enjoying being able to lay in! Car is awaiting repair, and hire car is far better, so OH is secretly hoping ours will take ages!! Physio is very good - have nothing but praise for the NHS in this instance.

House a mess, nothing new there, still not eating chocolate, but DFD not coming forward which is a tad frustrating.

Hope you are well and back into the swing of real life after your holiday xx

i tell you i go away for a fortnight and everything happens with everyone ...youve had a busy time of it and i managed to catch up with some ...sorry to hear about the laptop i know they can be so expensive but i'm also positive you need it for your work ...hoping in a way your car does take a wee while to fix so hubby can enjoy his new toy a wee while longer ..glad the physio is going good for you ...barclays what can i say about them that's printable.... they are just messing you about something awful (i really want to swear but the filter would collapse) ...not quite back into the full swing yet i think once i get back from this weekend though concerted efforts will be made i want the debt gone i'm just getting fed up with it now (i'm positive i aint the only one here) but more angry at myself for getting back into it so much as well...anyway bags are still not backed tickets still not printed and i'm back shift was night shift last night and stayed up to do it but have spent day on here instead bad el bad bad el...
