Well, survived my clients today, the new adaptor for the old laptop arrived today but they sent the wrong one, and my engagement ring has worn through the band and broken, so a mixed day!

I always think it is lovely when friends have had their parents rings incorporated in their rings, there's a sort of continuity there. That could thicken your band?

I have got my Dad's wedding ring - that would be a really good idea to use that gold to fix mine. I will investigate with a jeweller next week when I go into the city! Thanks for the idea!!!

Sea, the bath helps my shoulders and my back, but sadly I can't get the angle right for my neck to get much relief there, so not ideal, but a help all the same. Plus it is a good excuse to have 20 mins to myself on a frequent basis
