    Afternoon Hypno

Just read through your entire diary *again*... I am soooo meant to be cleaning the house right now but nevermind :o

Please could I pick your brains about matched betting? I love your writing style and have a feeling you may be able to explain it really well to me in layman's terms.... no pressure :p

The sun is shining and I am sat outside with the wonderful technology that is wireless internet on my laptop, armed with Ambre Solaire, the radio on and the parasol up. Who would have thought that this would be England in April!!

Anyway, today I had a meeting at the local high school because I have volunteered my services to be an exam invigilator. Fits in nicely around my clients, gets me out of the house for a bit doing something else, pays almost £9 an hour, so is not too bad really and is easy.

Plus I get to confiscate mobile phones and hand out pencils!! Woo hoo!

I have to go for a training session next week and then exam sessions will be well under way for the next few weeks so hopefully I will get a few extra quid out of it. The LEA pay monthly so I won't see any cash for about 6 weeks or so after I start, but that is fine because then it will be a nice little lump to go off the egg cards.

Feeling quite positive today, I cleaned my kitchen yesterday so it is all sparkly and shiny, and you can get to the microwave without braking your neck or having to do some sort of acrobatics with a bottle of milk in your hand  Today's room for the flylady-esque type treatment is the dining room. Wish me luck.....!

It is now three weeks since the date passed for submission of my AQ in my bank charge reclaim and I have heard nothing. So next job (before I tackle that dining room) is to give the court a call.....

Great about the exam invigilator :) :j I'm sure you'll enjoy it and its a nice little earner if its £9 an hour! I wish it was that sunny here, its all gloomy and looks like its about to rain :( x

I am sitting here in shorts  and a strappy top. Not a pretty sight I have to say, lardy and wobbly, but it's sunny and it is not often that we get sun so I am determined to make the most of it!!

Just rang the court and it has been considered by the judge but she couldn't tell me any more, so I still have to wait. And just set up my TV licence to be paid monthly instead of annually as I didn't have the cash available to pay the whole thing in full this year.

Sounds like you're having a lovely day Hypno!

That's good news about being an exam invigilator - how did you apply for that? Do you need any particular qualifications/experience? (Not that I can do it at the moment anyway, but just interested :))

Don't work too hard on the dining room - make sure you find plenty of time to relax in the sun too!

Edit - Ooooh, how long will you have to wait until you hear from the court?
