Yes - had a crappy day - very stiff. 3 police cars, fire engine and ambulance came so lots of sirens and flashing lights.

Thank you all very much. I am very stiff and some muscles feel as though I have been in the gym far too long! But everything is generally ok, and more importantly as far as I am concerned, my Nana who is in her 80s was with me in the car and she is not hurt.
I was the third car in a three car smash and the first car caused it all. Thankfully the first car driver has admitted full liability to the police and so her insurance company have been very quick to offer us a replacement car, repair of ours etc, so we will not have to pay the excess or anything.
So, a lot of phone calls this afternoon/evening, before (and during!!!) the school play. Now OH has gone to get a takeaway - some days, being DFW goes right out of the window!
