Not quite sure about the singing voice above  but.......
Fantastic news, anablle!!!!!!!! :j :T:T:T :j That is such a mammoth achievement and you earned it all by yourself!!!!
Others can advise, even help a little, but ultimately it's only YOU who actually does the work and then hits success! YOU are well on your way and it's YOU who will be feeling that euphoria once you hit that goal. :grinheart
Don't ever become complacent...warez or determined either, and one of theses days you 3 musketeers :j:j:jwill be so ecstatic at all you've done - and I will be........as chuffed as they come for the lot of you!!!!! :j
.....then of course, sunshinesquirrel, will come racing up behind you!!!!
For now though, a day at a time with a HUGE great smile on your faces ALL of you!!!
Have a wonderful weekend, girls, and always remember that whatever stage you're at, your body is recovering, your health in general too! If you go for a walk at the weekend treat your lungs to the fresh air they deserve. :grinheart

Ah Sue - I hope so!
Well done anablle - that is terrific news.:T:T
I was struggling a bit this morning but I think it was more because I had a rotten sleep last night. I think I am ok this afternoon.
Just going back to a previous post from Sue - I use probably about 8-10 bits of gum a day. I think you can use up to a maximum of 15. I really like the gum (and I know I shouldn't!)
I am trying to plan my weekend now cos I think this might be tough.
Keep up the good work everyone

Great news on Day 4, sunshinesquirrel, not much more of it to go.
8 - 10 pieces is very good, though please do only use it at times that you really do need it or you're putting more nicotine in which could see you taking longer to free yourself from nic's grip.
When possible try to wean yourself off of them, maybe using any other gum in place if it's the chewing action you like.
Right now though you're doing really well so be proud of the cash saved.....your life too!
If you haven't already downloaded the Silk Quit meter to keep check on your savings, amount not smoked and life saved etc then why not try? http://www.silkquit.org/sqmmiv/meter.aspx I know you're saving the cash so you know how much that is, but the other stats may help too.
Keep as busy as possible over the weekend - housework, exercise, a hobby - anything that keeps your hands and mind occupied will help see it through. If sleep becomes a problem at all then get yourself some Kalms as a lack of sleep will pull you down. Of course, it may well have been a one off, hope so!
You're doing a marvellous job, always keep it and your wonderful ONE from the CMin mind!
Have a lovely weekend and be proud of all you've done so far, much to be so pleased about.

Hi anablle, it' so good to see how brilliantly you've done! No matter what nic's thrown at you, or how hard things have got you've never given in. Instead you've stayed strong, fought him off and trampled the blighter  every time! :T:T:T
That geat inner strength of yours will see you through when you go to your friends. You know that too much alcohol could make your memory fuzzy and put you in peril, so beware and know how much you can drink safely!
If anyone's daft enough to offer you one of those nic sticks, use the words "No thank you, I no longer smoke!"
Apart from that, I'm sure a night out with friends is just what you need, so enjoy the meal and the Birthday....and yourself.Be prepared to pong a bit afterwards and thank goodness THAT is no longer you! Remember - no red wine...ask for a smoothie!!! :rotfl:
