Mortgage statement arrived, this month's massive reduction in capital is £1.17:D:D, will update the sig in a minute.
Also balance on the secured loan is £19,056.09 but can't get the settlement figure until they do their monthly calculation, so a couple of weeks to wait:mad:.
Need to go and count the sleeps till payday!
Middle child's b'day approaching and my mother has sent the parcel to him with the wrong name and containing a girls sweatshirt:(, wish i could laugh about it. And we've still got her Christmas shockers to come:eek:Weight: need to lose 71lbs - lost to date 0lbs

Called mortgage company and moved the DD to the 1st of the month starting from Dec, given that we are interest only just now it won't make a huge difference but it should mean a little less interest i think - too obsessed??:o
Also set up a bill payment to it from my little non-salary account (ebay sales etc) and paid £1 just to see what happened. When we changed it from repayment to IO they said we could not make an OP unless it was at least £500 but today she didn't mention a minimum, so thought i'd try:rotfl:Weight: need to lose 71lbs - lost to date 0lbs

DH off to the village shop to get the usual paper and The Sun and we'll see if :money:Disneyland Paris vouchers are worth a look. It would be great for the children to have something to look forward to and for us to celebrate being over half way through the BR:j:j.
Nothing much else to report, too long to pay day and the unbudgeted spends are stacking up, contact lenses for DH, travel for him for pre-op appointment and the actual op still to come:eek:.

Spooky numbers, won £4.90 on euromillions and £49 on the lotto, lets hope it continues to climb:D, will update the sig.
Don't know if i'll make the £2012 either Penny but i should have a good chunk of money coming in when we get paid for the canvassing work we did last month, but God knows when we'll get paid:eek:.

No lottery win to report:(, put £40 of petrol into DH's car this morning only to have an exhaust emissions warning light come on:mad:, this was after a big decision to use his car until our paydays next week, should have chosen my car:p.
Insurance renewal letter has arrived for my car, due in Dec, so once i'm paid i will have a look at what Quidco can offer. Also have our professional subscriptions due by 1st Jan, £300 and £200 ish a piece, so never mind Xmas it's expensive already:eek:.

Right have made a decision that i'm not really happy with but... for the last two years we've been getting some of our milk delivered, it was a new round from a local dairy and although it was always slightly more expensive than the supermarket i felt it could be justified by not having to go to the supermarket midweek.
However as the children have activities i am going to the supermarket midweek to kill time anyway.
And the dairy have franchised the round out now and it is a mess and is now 60p more expensive than Tesco for a 2lt carton, so that's £3.60 a week or £187.20 a year.
So with a heavy heart (as i like the local tracibility of the milk) i have cancelled:(.
The upside is i will add the monthly saving to the virtual op pot, which will be £15.60 from Dec.
The other thing was in the post was the BACS notification of the first lot of canvassing money £125.65 net. Will add to the challenge and will wait for the second (hopefully larger payment in Dec).Weight: need to lose 71lbs - lost to date 0lbs

Sad news on milk.
I cancelled mine a good while ago as couldent justify the extra cost.
