Trying to do alternate days of feasting and fasting (500cals) struggling a bit but feel a bit more focused again. Want to keep the weight off and decrease some more and keep the blood sugars as low as possible:D.
Had the dentist check up yesterday need two fillings redone, so quote of £20.24. DH needs the same with a quote of £23.64. Will need more diesel before payday, so guess where the ebay profit will go:(.

Working from home today as middle child is on half term.
Flipping freezing and dull and dark and wet outside, would be better in the overheated office - typical!
Went to Tesco on the way back from dropping eldest at school, plan being to check out the Halloween outfits and stock up on breakfast biscuits (Nutri grain at £1 a box = 6 breakfasts) but of course they have completely sold out. Like them on fast days and with a cup of tea they come to 200cals. Ho hum, will try again later in the week. Did buy a couple of lever arch folders, in the ongoing quest to be more organised:rotfl::rotfl:for 30p each! A four pack of Ripples for £1:o and a double pack of choc digestives for £2:eek:, promise i will go easy on them!!Weight: need to lose 71lbs - lost to date 0lbs

Just got impatient and called the secured loan company. Turns out the fixed rate ends AFTER the November payment, feel like a complete muppet now. I should have realised that if the loan started in Nov the first payment was Dec, so five years on means AFTER the Nov payment, idiot!! Mind you i'm about to go and pull out all the paperwork to check...
What the lady did say was i can arrange a direct debit override and keep the payments at the level they are currently at. Doesn't make a huge difference but it should shorten the term a bit - and it all helps:money:Weight: need to lose 71lbs - lost to date 0lbs

I know, that's why i had to write it down, to try and never be so mindless again:(.
When we took it out we were planning to do up the house and sell it etc etc, just life and the global recession got in the way...
Right, £6.36 profit from yet another late payer on ebay and £4.08 from Crowdology.
Had a big chat with DH yesterday, never easy to do this with small children around:rotfl:, about another income stream. Neither of our employers are promoting anyone and no-one is moving on in the current climate, so there is no scope there. However all our outgoings continue to rise, petrol, diesel, domestic oil and electricity, food, etc etc, so we need something else. He is slowly coming round to the idea of a lodger, so over this weekend i plan to cost it all up. Extra insurance, bed, heating, hot water, tax implications etc and see how it works out. Just know we need to do something to keep our heads above water...Weight: need to lose 71lbs - lost to date 0lbs
