To be fair, the OP only seems to be assuming that the tenant has mental health issues.haha yeah I'm fairly sure mental health problems cover it
As even the OP doesnt actually know if she has a actual medical condition, I don't think it is unfair to refer to the person as a lunatic, as they are acting like a lunatic.
We don't know if they have mental health issues or not, so surely assuming they do is just as bad as calling someone a lunatic?0 -

I get you. I confess though that I think she has mental health problems, and it makes me have compassion for her as I can only imagine the range of possibilities that would lead to her struggling to deal with a radiator and a plumber putting that right.
If I were working at a letting agency I would not be able to help her on a practical level to negociate her radiator as I would have responsibilities to the landlord and person that pays for the professional services.
As a fellow human being, if she were a neighbour and I knew she was struggling I would try and help. I'd probably if asked to do anything in this scenario, attempt to get her some help or support. Unless she typed at me, then I would hide under my bed until she went away.No debts. No credit cards. No store cards. No mortgage. No CCJs. High credit rating intact. Living frugally. (Seriously!!!!!)
There was a thread like that on the marriages board. One poster was talking about her boyfriend and then another poster realised it was her OH having an affair:eek:RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

If I think she's a lunatic, and from the description of her by the OP it sounds pretty compelling, then she is. To me. Or do I need to use some polite, PC and inaccurate euphemism to save hurting someone's oh so very precious feelings? Someone who doesn't even know her? Would that be acceptable to you all? Diddums.
Or you could just accept that that you shouldn't call people with mental health issues "a lunatic"?RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

It was deleted (but can still be read on google cached).
I still think my favourite smiling one was the middle aged husband who was chatting up a young girl after work, but when he sat down his mobile was in his back pocket and it speed dialed his wife and she heard him; until the battery on his phone ran out.RENTING? Even the 1911 census that are now available online, have that section blanked out. An acceptable term in 1911, but not in 2012.
Not blanked out for the terminology, merely for privacy as the 1911 census was released a bit early to please the genealogists like me. Now it's 2012 it's possible to see the full unexpurgated version."If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0
