Hope your son feels better soon hun. We enjoyed our BBQ...managed to get it cooked outside but most of us ate inside because of the chill in the air

One more post free day then hopefully we will get some nice wins to make up for the long weekend break with nothing

Hope everyone enjoys their Tuesday whatever you may be doing. Must remember it is sunday service on the buses today still. Be glad to get back to normal tomorrow. Hard work timing the buses to get to work as end up really early with so few buses running

Hope your Son is feeling better today wingo. Hopefully a good nights sleep will have done the trick. Very grey here today but at least the rain has stopped for now.

Just off up to see Dad then must settle down to some comping later. I'm only 2 days ahead and I hate cutting it that fine. I like to be a few days in front in case I don't feel in the mood to do it one day.

Morning everyone
Only me and DD1 up, the rest are still in bed! Son got up then went back to bed, he was meant to have 3 days of football and training tonight but it's not like him to feel unwell. At least it's while he's off school as he would be gutted missing school as he's had 100% attendance.

Hope you manage to get bus ok Becks. It's a nightmare getting a bus on a sunday service timetable.

Sue, you are very organised with your comping! I used to be like that now its more of an 'as and when' to comp!

Sheils, glad you enjoyed the firework display. I watched the one on tv outside the palace which was good. I thought the queen was gonna sing at at the end! Charlie boy did a good speech though

Got a bloke from baxi coming today about a new boiler. Ours is ten yr old and we're paying £16 a month for service but we can get a new Worcester one for £17 a month with ten yr parts and labour (apparently anyway!) hope theres no more hidden costs!

Hi everyone,

We had a lovely walk in the country this morning and then went for our main weekly shop - had to spend a £5 off £40 voucher and wanted another 10p off litre of petrol voucher! It was raining when we came out of the shop and is feeling cold and miserable now.:(

Saw that advert Wingo - hope its genuine. I phoned BT last week about a "wonderful offer" and it turned out to only include 10g of Broadband although nowhere on the letter did it say that. After the initial offer I would have been paying £6 a month more with them.

Lovely win Sue and thanks for adding me - been feeling a bit lonely so have been getting some "new" friends. Poor DH can't get into his FB as he needs to have a mobile no for a security check. We just share one mobile as we don't use it much and I have used it for mine. My cousin has stopped using FB too and my kids don't want to be friends with me :rotfl:

Seen a price list for the wedding drinks... Think i will be ordering bare minimum for meal. People can buy their own :rotfl: ... I have paid enough. £18 for a bottle of house wine. I can get three for that in Morrisons :rotfl: will be doing some smuggling in i think
