Hi all late one for me. Had my hen meal so just finishing a glass of rose sparkling stuff then bed. I have got to be uo for work :rotfl:

Was a lovely night though. Am stuffed. We had all could eat chinese buffet and boy did we make most of it

Was raining here but dry at the moment - think we are going to have showers all week.
Glad you had a good night out Becks - time really coming in now!
Its good you have a battle plan fire**fly - good luck.
Just realised its the first of the month and I should be checking out some monthly comps. Never manage to enter that many in July & August usually though. I remember last summer I only won about 2 comps but at least they were good ones.

Morning everyone. Sunny but windy in here today.

Well done on your recent wins.

Like you sheils I rarely win much in July and August but lets hope we "buck our trend". I entered quite alot of comps in May but very few in June. Compared to many people I enter very few comps so I feel I am very lucky with my wins.

Still trying to shake this summer cold and OH is still very chesty.

The weather is causing havoc with my garden. The veggie plot is very very poor this year- the only crops to be doing any good at all are beetroot and spring onion. Most summers I never need to buy a lettuce and have loads to give away but to date crop has been poor. Resown lots of things so hoping for late crops.

Morning all. Very strange weather here today, one minute there are blue skies, the nest it's pouring with rain. OH got soaked walking the dog. Just off to DD flat to take her shopping and washing over, saves her leaving early in the morning then hopefully some time on the Wii with her this afternoon while OH sleeps between night shifts.

Glad you enjoyed your hen meal out Becks just realised I am at a wedding night same day as your wedding! Two weeks today I'll be a where's wally in Blackpool!
