wingobins the kids cake looks beautiful. It's great when kids help with the baking. After my 2 DGD had finished eating all the Chocolate Flan they were looking to start baking something else. Will probably bake another day this week.
Any tips on blogging will be greatly appreciated.

Morning,

Sun shining away this morning but I have the feeling it won't be that warm. Just realised that this time next week DH and I will be heading off for our 4 night break near Nantwich :jWe have never been away on our own for 4 nights before - really looking forward to it. The hotel looks really nice and being free is going to make it a hundred times better!

Morning all

Do not like being up early but i am working earlier today with it bein bank holiday (although i am glad as last bank hol i worked my normal shift and because still people think we are closed or shut early it was really quiet, at least working over lunch should mean it's got some customers)

We are meant to be having a bbq later at in laws and OHs aunty and young cousins.

Morning everyone, still raining here, strange to think we're still in a drought area.

Nothing much planned today, must do some washing, but apart from that we shall see what happens.

Got to ring the vets when they open on Wednesday, Cooper is having a bit of a problem getting up after he's laid down for a while. The vet did say that after his ops last year he would be prone to arthritis, I think this may be the start

hope you are all enjoying the jubilee weekend,I had a nice time and did a lot of things,sang for a jubilee Karioke and that went well and I had a nice time with my friends went to karioke on Friday,Saturday and Sunday,been to my parents for sunday lunch and put the bunting over Mums mirror to look nice saw the Queens Flotilla of Boats on the Thames on the tv,In a bit I am off to watch the Jubilee Concert on BBC1 its on at 7.30pm until 10.45pm.

We have had our BBQ and weather stayed fine so inlaws managed to cook outside. I have eaten far too much so needto be careful now :rotfl:

Been out with the family for a day out. Everybody wanted to go somewhere different. Went to a Leisure Land which the 2 DGD's loved - dodgems, pirate boat, train, carousel, car rides and climbing frames and bouncy balls. While a nice day not warm enough to go to the beach.
Hope to spend the remainder of the day comping and watching Rita getting married on Coronation Street.

I've been to BBQ at brothers house, weather was lovely but we've come home early as son is feeling poorly again.
It's come in bit cold now though.
