Sorry, but that's the funniest thing I have heard for a long time.
If by any chance you win in court, you really don't expect RyanUnfair to pay up, do you? They have a very long history of ignoring court rulings, as well as the laws of the UK and EU.
I would take GREAT delight in sending bailiffs to Stansted, Gatwick or Birmingham to slap a seizure order on one of Seamus O'Sleazy's 737s. Oh and I doubt that such a seizure would be deemd to be an "extraordinary circumstance" when it came to EU compo for all of the passengers who suffered as a result - failure to pay court ordered compensation comes with very predictable consequences.....0 -

Wake up MSE this is not new news, I posted it last week, I guess the Daily Wail will pick it up now as a shock horror story.

When the email came for online check-in last week I saw to my utter dismay that I had mis-spelt my granddaughter's name by omitting one letter. I was tempted to let it be and risk it, but then thought it wasn't worth not being allowed on so made the phone call. Nice lady let me change it FOR FREE.... AND the phonecall only lasted about 3 minutes in total.
Both flights to Dusseldorf Weeze were on time, clean planes, and pleasant enough staff and they cost only £6.99 each way per person and I paid with their vouchers.
Expect nothing and sometimes you will have a pleasant surprise.0 -
Ryanair's Stephen McNamara says: "As 'Manage my Booking' will be unavailable during this website closure, we have advised all passengers due to travel over the coming weekend to check-in on Ryanair.com before 4pm on Friday."0

Why does anybody bother with Ryanair? Why deal with a firm so devious?0

That depends on whether you are adequately informed of them and that they are fair. The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0 -
