Wow Granny, 700 cals max every day is severe! ..Well done indeed for sticking to it, though I guess it must be a bit easier now that you can see such wonderful results! :T
 Re 'plane seats - how do you know which part of the aircraft will be 'quiet' (or quieter than most areas)?0 -

Hi Robin, yes I'm used to the low calories and rarely get hungry, other than emotional hunger. Some days I even have to remind myself to eat.
As for quieter parts of the plane, away from toilets, galleys, engines in general are quieter. Anything with less footfall really, plus I look on the seat gurus website and see what he has to say. Obviously this can fail if you get a noisy passenger next to you but I use earphones to block out cabin noise, so I meant quieter as in less disturbance from others moving around rather than chatting xTargets

Am so excited for you, would love to see DD's face when she sees you!(am assuming the extent of your weight loss is still a secret?)

Thanks Missrlr, hope things improve for you soon honey.
I'm off out today to celebrate DSs 27th birthday with him, DDIL and my gorgeous littlies. We're going to Nand0s which is great as I can stick to my diet fairly closely. Will probably eat more calories but carbs will still be low. OH can't come as he's working this afternoon.
Over the last week I've realised I need a job when I come back from Oz, unless I go straight into hospital, as my days are feeling long and meaningless. I try to keep myself busy but my energy levels are low, due to said diet, and I'm missing a purpose. It's only taken me 9mths to feel like this, :rotfl: and 4/5mths of that I was recovering from surgery. I'm definitely glad I've got Oz to plan for, only 4 weeks away, as that should give me lots to do.
Next week OH & I are going away for 5 nights, 3 different cheap hotel breaks bundled together to make a great package. We're armed with Mr T vouchers for days out & meals and intend to get a cheap theatre show on the day. I'm looking forward to some quality time with him before I jet off.
The cost of travel to Oz has doubled online, as we get closer to the date, so I'm feeling even happier re my tickets.
Going to write to predators when I get back, or maybe before we go, so they are all updated before I disappear for 3 months,. DS is going to come to mine once a week and scan & email any important letters to me. (OH wasn't too keen when I asked him) It means OH will see little ones periodically whilst I'm away too, so that's good.
Diet is still going well. Weigh day tomorrow, unofficial weigh in when I got back from DMs, (to assess damage as was difficult to stay on plan) shows another 2lb off at least, making 3 stone 2 so far. Can't wait to see the look on DDs face when she sees me
Anyway, need to sort myself out before I go out, OH in bed due to night shift, so need to do it quietly
Hope you all have a good week
Granny xTargets
