Thanks all.
Small signature update done, debt total includes my cash spend credit card that I intend paying off this month so has gone up slightly but I wanted it to be an accurate picture of 1st Jan.
Scales showed I put on 7.5lbs during the festivities but I've lost most of that since cutting back since 1st Jan.
less than 7 weeks now until Oz.

Just seen my dietitian eventually after asking to be referred in April 2012!
She wants me to come off the plan DD has devised for me as she doesn't think it's nutritionally sound! She didn't even ask me what/how much I was eating, so how she can say that I don't know. She did say she wants me to keep a food, weight and exercise diary, so she'll know this info when I go back. I'm seeing her again in 2.5wks. I wanted to tell her to naff off but as I may need her help when I come back from Oz I didnt. Instead I'm going to continue as I am, write the diary as requested and maybe change next appointment to when I get back. Haven't told DD as she doesn't know her plan is working so don't want to get into discussions with her. She'll be livid when I tell her. She's always said dietitians rubbish nutritionists, without first checking their credentials. DD is as qualified as a dietitian is in this country, she'd just need to apply to practice and take the relevant exam.
Writing this more as a record to self to remember what was said.Targets

PMT alert....if I hadn't committed myself to dry January, I'd have immersed myself in a bottle of red after DH decided he hadn't been a prat in a while and didn't want to get out of practice.
I reckon you and DD know your nutritional stuff, and I'd go along with your cunning plan until after Oz so long as you add in a multivitamin just to be on the safe side. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0 -
Oh dear Satch, there must be some sort of man 'flu' that affects their mood going around. Highly contagious PMT x
I already take a really good quality multi vit with extra minerals etc. what annoyed me more than anything was she commented before asking what the plan DD had devised, just jumped on nutritionists not being properly qualified.Targets
