Thank you all for the New Year wishes, I hope it started well for you all.

OH and I spent the afternoon and evening watching TV. We watched a blokey film and then a more girly film and then watched some TV new year shows. We drank and ate ourselves silly, with OH definitely indulging more than me.

Just before midnight, bored with what was on the TV, I found myself on here, reading others posts, not that I'm addicted or anything, :o. Then at 2 minutes to midnight I picked up my mobile to send texts to DM, DF, DS and DD. This for some reason really annoyed OH and we almost started the year with a row,. It didn't quite happen but I could see he was upset and told him that if he expected me to prioritise him, maybe he should do so with me as believe it or not I do have other people in my life too, :j. He looked decidedly sheepish and said sorry,. I went to bed at 1am and he followed shortly after.

Today is DGD1 birthday so we went around to see her this afternoon and spent a couple of hours with her. Initially OH seemed to be planning not to come but when I looked less than impressed at his attempts to get out of it, he came.

We then came home and ate the party food we'd planned to eat yesterday, as we decided to have a pizza as we didn't go out.

We both now seriously need to get back to the healthy eating regime, both, (again especially OH) having overindulged. We still have things left but nothing that either can't be frozen or used in normal meals. I'm working from home tomorrow but OH is off until Monday, so is going veg shopping.

I've revised my targets for the year slightly and my only NY resolution as such is to never see £52k debt or my current stone mark again.

I want to end the year in the £40ks and drop 2st markers as well. I'm planning 15 nsd each month with 5 in a row,
extra payments each month to my target predator
    and 365 declutter.
    Not too much pressure then.
Oh yes and finally start a proper savings pot for flights, which will be the round down of my bank on the last day of each month.

    Signature updated to reflect.

Bye for now, speak soon Granny x
