Yes but I'd have thought all the options would have appeared on the same upgrade page to choose from there.0

You will only have the option on the next card, so if you have a normal account then the upgrade will say silver, then if you have a silver then the upgrade will say gold and so on, you have to go through each account.0 -

That mean you cannot go straight from Classic to Premier straight away, seems a bit odd.0 -

It is odd, same with my old BOS account get the classic, upgrade facility to silver, upgrade facility to gold, then upgrade facility to platinum, then upgrade facility to premier.0 -
I’ve had a few customers who have been declined an upgrade from silver to premier. Same for silver to gold, silver to platinum ect. Usually the internal score on the computer will indicate to the advisor what they can upgrade the account to. Sometimes there is no information, so often the application will have to be referred to the underwriting department. Atthis stage the underwriter will look at the application. I’ve had customers who have been declined by the underwriters due to their account been in the un-authorised overdraft in the last 12 months, or not having enough money going through the account.0

Same with most banks they thrive on upgraders more money for them.
They do it's a factCan I find out my credit score? You do not have a single credit score or rating. Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)0 -
I can vouch for this - they wouldn't let me have Gold, Platinum or Premier due to credit reference agency data. (apparently)
That's why I left them.I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0 -
I can also vouch for what Saints2011 & simax are saying.
Lloyds DO credit score from silver to gold. any account above silver is scored.
Likelyhood is you have a Credit Policy Decline maker against your name0 -
Can you have a 1A internal score and a CPD at the same time?0

Yes - in shortCan I find out my credit score? You do not have a single credit score or rating. Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)0
