Just making you aware that it doesn't prove any other income you may have if you didn't already know, only what you have been given from tax credits.

I had to do a tax credit renewal for the first time this year and am still waiting for the new notice to arrive.
My biggest complaint is that on it there's a question asking if you need to tell them of any changes. It then says if yes ring us. I can do that without waiting for paperwork, seems a waste of paper!

i phoned up on 10th may and still not had anything done either

Hi, quick question - I called to renew on Tuesday last week and my normal payments show in my bank account on a Saturday. On Saturday my payment was slightly less than it had been before (earnings were around 600 more than estimated for last year) does this mean the renewal has been processed and this will be my regular weekly payment? Thanks

You should have got it by now. It says if you haven't received it by 30th June, you should ring their help line and let them know.

How soon after receiving an odd amount in your account, do you receive the paperwork? I usually receive payments on a Thursday, but a small amount has been paid in today, so I'm assuming my award has now been finalised :j

i am the same, usual payment day is wed, but on friday past i got a smaller payment, so i am assuming my award has also been finalised :j

just 2 weeks after i posted mine back, i would hope for the paperwork tomorrow or thurs, just less than a week behind the payment, but i am not sure
