Morning mit well thats bad they have had your money all that time when you have been struggling but hopefully youll have it soon , things have been crap fr me this week as my washing machine flooded and broke down and is going to cost 150 to get reaired and guess what 150 is all the money i have left in my savings account so im very upset about it esp as my wash mach is only just over a year old and it cost me 600 unfortunatly it was only guaranteed for a year so rel bummer

You could argue the sale of goods act. A product should be fit for purpose so if you have used as instructed a wm should last longer than a year. Dont forget if you paid by cc they are equally liable. Might be worth a shot,.

  • Evening folks. Am shattered tonight and just going to have a very quiet evening chilling on the couch with internet, the voice and my knitting - Rock and Roll :rotfl:. I was out last night with some workmates and had great food, good company and only spent £40 :D so I was happy with that. Was working early this morning, went for DS's uniform for his new school (£19 spent in all ) went for petrol and spent £10.50 in m&s on fruit, this then got me 5p off a litre of petrol so saved £1.75 :rotfl:. I then went for a 7 mile walk and am now dead .

So a new month for me. Despite getting £300 from CSA and another £300 due it will be tight as to be honest last month I went off my head with the spends. I haven't added any debt but I went right into my overdraft and also spent the sponsor money I had gotten for race for life . I'm a prat .

I paid today's wages to Tesco as I will be concentrating on that card. I owe £1,101.57 to this card and want it cleared ASAP as 0% is running out soon :(. So I will do my utmost to get my targets every month and get on with this. New spending diary started today so here we go here we go here we go :T

will be bagging up my pennies tonight!
    Trying to shift that debt!
