Sorry to hear about your ankle and heating.
Hope it's cheaper and easier to fix than you think.
However :j:j:j to sub £10k :T:T:TDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

PLMBL thanks
. Heating will not be fixable. My boiler is about 16years old and I was told about a year ago that the parts were no longer available for it so I will need to put a new system in. I was hoping to hold on until my debt was away but not looking likely. I need to think about it and do some research into whether I can get any grants etc. Total b ummer xx

Aww sorry about that MIT Don't let it get you down too much. You still got below 10k which is amazing and losing weight at the same time. This is just a small glitch that you'll blast through.:j0

Nothing to report to be honest, Skint as ever. Still on diet but put on 0.5lb this week. Walking when I can but pulled ligament in my foot is curtailing that a bit. Am getting an extra cleaning shift next Saturday so although I haven't been able to overpay anything this month I can hopefully lower what I used in overdraft last month.
I have been for a long walk in the rain today and I am shattered tonight. No kids either so I am home alone for the first time in years. DD is away to pics with her BF and then staying at his and DS is away until Monday with my brother so I am on my todd. I will just enjoy the peace and quiet. I hope you are all well xx

Evening folks. I forgot to say that DS has got a place in the school I wanted for him. He is heading into 5th year and I am just praying I have done the right thing by moving him . We were there tonight getting his new blazer which set me back £28 . I'll need to buy him trousers and a couple of shirts at end of month as well as he starts in June. Not overly bothered as he will be able to use them all in August. I will need to pay £3 per day for his bus as well as the usual £3 for lunch. I hope against hope that his Dad coughs up soon as it will be a bit of a struggle. I really don't care though so long as he is happy so if any of you pray then get praying please that it all works out for him as I feel sick at the thought of it all .
Am sitting here watching the programme 'skint' and seriously some folks need to get a grip. There are way too many people in this world who cannot do anything for themselves and then blame everyone else for their own shortcomings. Makes me angry sometimes. What is our world coming to? I know circumstances are awful for some people but it's up to us ourselves to get ourselves out of a hole not the social, the social workers, the police etc etc . Am I just intolerant? I don't know. Anyway rant over. I'm skint too :rotfl:

Aww bless you, a hiccup on this trip can be so demoralising. Get some quotes and see where you are with things.Trying to shift that debt!0 -
Heating seems to be working again
am very happy
. Workmates said I had just exhausted it :rotfl:and it needed a rest. I know it is limping along but if I can keep it going for another year then that would be perfect.
I am now into my overdraft which stresses me out somewhat but I can't do anything about it. I will be about £150 in the red I reckon. I need to sort myself out as I am well aware that complacency has set in. I have been off track with my diet as well so I need to sort myself out in all ways. So I will be here daily with my drivel as coming on here keeps me angelic :rotfl::A. xx5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60
