Don't worry MIT I wash mine every two to three days although I have just started using dry shampoo for the in between days. I have lifeless fine hair so looks greasy and lank really easily.

Hope you doing well. Im glad to see from your signature that the DFD is coming down.

  • We know you aren't a mink! I'm just oily, think its the foreign blood. you have inspired me to get a style in as its very 80s hair metal!!
    Trying to shift that debt!
  • Well the deed is done and I am very pleased with it. Not quite the pixie cut that I would love but right up to my ears and the years have melted away :D. My hair is really thick so it needs a really good cut so it is very layered and a very short bob type style. DS got his cut as well and it is very stylish so he has been pretty much glued to the mirror since we got home :rotfl:. Actually very strange to see him caring what he looks like but I reckon he has discovered the girls these days. I can't believe that not so long ago he reckoned he was gay and now it's all about the lassies . The worry that boy put me through as well. I don't actually care what he is but he has it tough sometimes , as he is very geeky, and I could just see his life getting a lot tougher and I was worried sick. But hey ho he appears to like the girls now so we will see. Bloody hormones :rotfl:

Anyway £37 in all for the 2 of our haircuts so not too bad. No other spends and I am not intending going out again today so hopefully no other spends at all. I will need to get some things tomorrow but I will keep it to a minimum.

    Catch you all later xx

  • Hi Princess. Nice to see you back. Hope all is well.

My lovely new hairdo is wrecked :rotfl:. That's what walking 8.9 miles in the rain does for you. Hey ho I need to do it so I'll just need to straighten it in the morning.

Went to Aldi today and spent £33 so not too bad at all. Naughtily spent £7.50 on a carvery lunch with my friends when out walking but yum yum was lush and I was very careful with my choices and only took 2 roasties :o instead of the usual10 :o.

Just going to chill a wee bit tonight and might haul out the ironing board later but then again I might not :rotfl:

    G'nite all xx

  • Evening folks. Just back from A&E. My ankle has been sore since last week and the walking last night has just about finished it off so I got it checked. No broken bones but they reckon that there's a wee bit ligament trouble :(. Quite sore so I will really need to watch what I am doing.

I am skint skint skint again. DD gets paid tomorrow but not going to help much to be honest. Hey ho. I really really need to get back on track and sort myself out. I'm not actually overspending but I'm not really being a money saver either.

    Am away to knit :D

This is just what I needed to get me motivated again. Omg I thought I would never see this day. I only have 1 more payment to pay to my loan and it will be done as well. I am so so happy. I really feel as if my life is coming together. My weight is coming off brilliantly, my debt is now at a more normal amount and I am just thrilled. Please please God do not burst my bubble as I have waited so long for the good times to start :D:D. I'm away to dance even though I have an ouchy foot xxxxxxxxx

  • Well not even half an hour later my bubble is bust. Looks as if my heating has broken down. It's been getting cooler and cooler all evening and I assumed that DS had put the heating off earlier but nope the heating has stopped and I cannot get it going. I knew it was on its last legs but thought I would get another year anyway. I am so scunnered. Only positive I can think of is that I will get a loan no bother and if I dont then I can put it on my CC which I am tempted to do anyway and just hammer it down. Need to think about it but I just want to cry. I'm on the roller coaster tonight and I'm not liking it :(
