  • Aww Kitty poor you. I'm mega skint this month too and am in to my overdraft already and another 10 days until payday. I NEED to sort out my spending. You do what you need to do but you would maybe be better lifting as little as you can in cash and use CC for petrol etc as the interest will be cheaper. Just a thought.

Had a grand day today. It's my DD's 19th birthday so we got up early and gave her her pressies. DS and I then went to work. Came home for about 10 seconds and then went out for a walk with my 2 workmates. We walked for 7 miles and it ended with a mahoosive hill. I am completely knackered :rotfl:. I am trying to boost my weight loss and also widen my social circle and my social life all in the one go. I am loving the walking and I am also going to aqua aerobics with one of my cousins and life is great. Had a cheeky wee chinese for DD's birthday dinner and choc fudge cake  but otherwise I have been angelic and very hopeful of a good weight loss this week :D

My kitchen is just about lined and then just a wee coat of sunshine yellow pain and it'll look fab-u-lous. Then no more decorating until later in the year as house is looking pretty good and I am happy enough with it :D.

I hope everyone is doing okay and Kitty don't beat yourself up xx

You sure had a busy day today MIT, hope u had nice weather like we had. Happy birthday to DD, and a wee Chinese and fudge cake is a perfect end to a birthday. By the way did u know that if u slice a cake in half all the calories fall out, happens to chocolate and biscuits as well.

I love walking usually with my little dog especially when we have great weather, keep up the good work.x
:j Debtfree and and staying that way.:j3-6 month emergency fund, No.61 £140.00
  • Weather was lovely Amber and I really enjoyed it. I am hoping to keep increasing the amount I can walk and carry on. We will do this for 8 weeks for our challenge and then see how we feel after that.

Been a lovely day here today as well but kept clouding over and spots of rain. Washing was out for a while but DS brought it in for me as rain was spotting so now living in a launderette again :o. Just had a lush dinner of gammon steak, potatoes, corn and mushrooms :). Heading out later for a walk with my lovely friend to work it off . I had better get a good weight loss this week I tell you.

No money spent today but I did order a 60's skirt last night as I am going to a 60;s party with work. It was £10.95 and I will need a white t-shirt to go with it but in reality probably cheaper than buying a new outfit for the party so I am quite happy. Also the outfit can be added to my dressing up box. I have also bought a lace underskirt to make it stick out, another £12. It comes with a neckerchief and I will buy red sandshoes and red ribbon for my pony tail. It'll be a hoot :D.

Ironing all done today and also kitchen gutted so no longer a health hazard :o. It's looking good so far but I cannot wait until it is finished and house back to normal. I hate living in such a guddle.

I hope you are all well and happy xx

  • Lovely and positive spring has sprung and the sunshine yellow in the house will help with that x
    Trying to shift that debt!
  • SBO the yellow will be sunny and happy and I even have bunting :D.

Just watched finale of Broadchurch. Brilliant programme . I love Mr Tennant :heart2:

I am feeling all positive and shiny and in control just now, even though I'm not really :rotfl:. I just want to get on with this debt busting ASAP but this month was a write and I reckon next month will be too as I have 1.5 days wages missing due to striking. So long as I don't add to my debt then I'll be happy enough. I need to remember and call Tesco and cancel my account so that they don't change my interest rate, Swines that they are . Any way au revoir just noo xx

  • Evening all :D. Hope everyone is doing okay. I lost 5lbs this week :j:j. This is defo down to sticking to the diet and I walked the equivalent of 22 miles over the last week so I am very very pleased with that. Not doing so well with the walking this week but I will do more at the weekend and catch up a bit with it.

Money wise I am £15 into my overdraft . My stash has gone . Things are dire. I have a night out on Friday night but I will take my car and just have a juice, I am also going to a party on Saturday night b:eek:ut again I will take the car and just buy a bottle of wine as a gift. The party is for my friends brothers 40th and we are invited to make up the numbers ;) so we feel obliged to go although not overly keen. I am going a long walk during the day and will be shattered but hey ho the things we do for friends :D.

So busy, busy, busy and life is lovely although frugal :D. Take care xx
