  • Aww thanks. Am okay. Just nowt to report. Need to get myself sorted out but to be honest I am just treading water until after Christmas. If I can get through that without any debt then I will be delighted.

Overtime is still ongoing so I am going to do 2 nights per week as long as I can. I will try and fit in 1 Saturday per month as well. I hope it keeps going at the beginning of next year and then I could make a dent in my debt. Fingers crossed.

I am doing lots of comps now so I am hoping I might get a nice wee prize ;).

I hope everyone is well and I will kick my own butt :rotfl:

  • No spend today :D. Earned £35 so that's great. Usually I use my cleaning money to pay to my cards but until after Christmas I am going to use it for gifts and see if I can keep debt to a minimum.

I have a few wee bottles of wine and beer hanging about so I am making up a wee hamper for a raffle in work with some tins and the booze. Cost to me is zero as I have all the stuff, I have the basket and I have the cellophane :D.It'll look fab though :D.

My DD's boyfriends mum is being all weird just now and keeps throwing her boy out of the house for very little reason( allegedly) but today she went through all the texts my DD has sent to her BF and I just think that is out of order . They are 18 !!!!!!. No wonder she is raging as they are private. He called his mum a cow in one of them and when he went home his Dad punched him in the face . People who go snooping can't complain when they don't like what they see!!! I'm worried now as DD is meant to be going on holiday next year with them for 3 weeks to Florida and if she takes one of her flakeys my poor girl could be out in the street. I am going to get an additional card onto my CC for DD and she will then be able to get a hotel at least. I just dont understand why folks treat their kids like that. I'd see the point if he was a drunk or a junkie but he works and is a nice boy. Such a shame.

Anyway a wee chill night tonight with strictly, the x-factor and my knitting,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,cos that's how I roll ;)

  • Lovely wee family day today. Went to church ( alone lol) went to see my Mum with her weekly flowers, went to my wee Aunties for lunch with loads of family and then looked at the new houses show home, completely depressed myself , then home with kids aaahhh contented sigh!

Bought tiles from poundland for my bathroom floor but haven't bought enough so need to go back tomorrow for more. Still only about £14 for the whole floor though so it's a bargain. DD has been decorating her room all weekend and it will look fabulous when she is finished. That'll be her room, mine and bathroom done so we are getting there. I just love having a decorator on tap :D:D:D:D. Going to get kitchen and hall done asap and house will be looking great.

I can't wait to see the back of 2012 and get a fresh start next year. My debt has increased due to buying my car but my bad debt has gone down by approx £7k  Wow I had no idea about that. More than £3k alone on my CC's and over £1,300 from loan. More money from secured loan and mortgage, also overdraft has gone. All in all considering the cr*ppy year I've had I am very very pleased with that :D:D. Go me :D

  • Good evening. Been out at work since 7.30 am until 8.40. Am shattered. Worth it when the wages come in though :D. £200 extra in my pay this month so that is fab :D. I will obviously use it this month for Christmas but have the work I am doing just now will be the end of December so will help with my new year debt busting. I owe £12,329.99 and will pay off around £300 in December so I will be about £12k at end of year. I am going to really really really try next year to halve that. It may be difficult as DS will be hopefully moving school and I will be an additional £15 per week for bus fares for him. I will also be £149 per month for car payments but hey ho I will do my best and go for it h*ll for leather :D.

    Plans,plans,plans :rotfl:I do love a plan.

And lists I also love a list. I really must start a list too :rotfl:

Hi folks. Hope everyone is doing well:)

Another day another dollar today but at least just normal hours.
I had my hot water bottle in my bed with me last night and I have burned my belly :rotfl:. Huge big red burn on it, I'll defo put the cover on it tonight. It is so so cold here.

I made a home cooked meal tonight and it was very enjoyable, Had a 25 pack of meatballs for £4 from Morrisons and used a tub of passata, lazy garlic, mushrooms and onions and it was delish!! Cheap and excellent. Dinner for DS and I and 3 meals frozen for me for overtime nights :D.

Had to fill up the car tonight as my wee fancy thing that tells me how many miles I have left was flashing crazily at me. 2 days before payday . But done now. Going to make a list and get my Christmas food in at the weekend. I have savings stamps for Morrisons so will go there. Going to make a list and just get everything this weekend and then relax.

DD is decorating her bedroom and it is lush so we are getting there. House will be fab before we know it. Happy :T

  • Busy wee day today. Spent £179 in Morrisons:eek: but I had £82 in stamps. I hadn't been for a supermarket shop for weeks other than Aldi so not too bothered. That included new wine 16 new glasses and not just the cheap box :D also asti martini and chateau neuf du pape so not too bad. However I was £45 in the butchers as well :o. Both freezers and cupboards bulging now. Most of Christmas day dinner now bought and all my baking stuff in so I am happy enough.

I bought a necklace for my friend for her Christmas but I have decided to keep it for me :D. I truly love it and I rarely ever buy myself anyt:Dhing. Was £25 but I don't care. I really need to get a list done and get organised as I reckon the snow will hit here soon and we can get snowed in for days and I am very very disorganised this year. Am just not in the mood to be honest. I'm missing my mum horrendously. We have a ceremony tomorrow night at the hospice to light up the tree and I am looking forward to it and dreading it all at the same time.

Dont know if you remember I went away for a weekend to Millport for a friends hen weekend. Well I was at the wedding 2 weeks ago and 2 days ago we got the devastating news that she has breast cancer. Shock doesn't even begin to cover how we all feel :(.

Need to kick my own butt and get my act together. I am low low low and hate being like this and need it to change ASAP :o

Hope you are all well xx
