  • Mine too momum. Thanks guys. Am having a nice wee day so far. DS is now on his plane to France. Got a beautiful bag and purse from River Island from kids and lots of nice gifts and some money to but new clothes :D.

Spent a small fortune on DS this morning. Bought him a padlock on the way to the airport and when we walked the million miles to the terminal he had lost the keys . Had to walk the million miles back to the car park and there they were at the side of the car. Walked the million miles back to the terminal and 5 minutes later he said 'mum I'm really sorry but I have lost them again'. Luckily I had taken one of the keys second time around so his bag is now not locked. I will be worried all week now as he is just so !!!!less :rotfl:. I also bought him some goodies and gave him £30 sterling for spends in the airport. Then spent £20 on lunch for DD and I. Oh well it's my birthday and thats my excuse :rotfl:

  • that word that has been blocked was f.e.c.k.l.e.s.s. lol nothing bad about that.

Anyway. Good afternoon. DS is at the aquapark in France today and is having great fun. :D

Beautiful day here so the line is full of washing :D

I'm not visiting mum today so I have completely gutted my bedroom. Every inch of it has been cleaned. Funny how things can look reasonable until you move beds etc :o:o:o.DD is still sneezing :o. Anyway all done now and it looks fab. Needs a wee coat of paint but I am going to wait until DD starts her training and she can do it for me :D. This will be fab having a decorator in the house :D.

NSD so far but I need loo rolls and fabric conditioner so am going to send DD to Iceland to pick some things up for me. She wants curry and their wee frozen curry is perfectly edible so I will get her to get them.Probs spend about £10 but I haven't actually bought any shopping this week so I will be happy with that.

Having a wee break just now and after dinner I am going to spend 1 hour in DS's room. I am going to do in short bursts as I just can't face the whole thing at the one time

Also going to get a pair of summery shoes ( need to be leather as my feet are so bad, too many years in high heels :o) and a kindle cover. If there's anything left I will get something nice to wear. I am NOT paying it off of the debt as I need some spoiling. I might even get a haircut.

  • You dont want to try and throw your knockers dear!
Sorry have been away. belated happy birthday lovely. Hope your mam is more comfy soon, the hospice sounds lovely.x
    Trying to shift that debt!
  • Evening all. Welcome back SBO, thought you had abandoned me same as Jelly Bean.

I have been so lazy today but I ate a curry and then ice cream last night and I have spent the day eating pain killers and sitting with a hot water bottle trying to ease the pain in my liver. I am so bloody stupid . I have ate very little today and what I have eaten has been fat free and healthy. I need to try and keep this up as long as I can as I am getting ill much more often now as I am being a smarta$$ and eating what I like. I went into Sainsburys on way home from the hospice tonight and I have stocked up on fruit, veg and salad stuff so I have no excuse anymore and just need to get on with it.

Tomorrow my brother and I are meeting up with the medical team. I am a wee bitty nervous as I have no idea what the outcome will be for mum. She was away with the fairies today and was a bit narky as she kept losing the thread of her conversation. I think it is the morphine that is causing this though so I am not overly concerned.

So I have spent £42.50 today in Sainsburys and I bought a kindle cover from my birthday money :D.

I have started looking at holidays for next year and I am going to book up a 10 day break in either France or Spain at a campsite. I dont want to stay in a tent but I would be more than happy in a caravan. DD and her BF will pay their own fares and I will pay for DS and I. I know my debt will still be there but I reckon I can manage this as well as stick to my snowball as I have been putting by £70 per month this year for DS's trip and also my weekend away to Millport. The trip will cost about £800 for the 2 of us so that is only about £70 per month I need to pay:D. Easy peasy :D. I am very excited about this :j
