Still not exchanged my vouchers yet to get my new kettle lol, but I was in my local store last night and noticed that one of 2 kettles I'd been looking at had gone down in price by £5. its a red kettle with a black water display. but a look online shows the black one is £29.97 and the red one with the blue illuminating water level is £34.97 ionline. There is only the one with the black water level instore but the pic on the box has a blue illuminated window and the kettle inside is one with a black window. but the model number on the display model and the box is one that on the Morphy Richards site, matches the kettle with blue water level (43832) but seems correct online ) I don't see much difference in them and was thinking of exchanging vouchers online, but am not sure which one I'd end up with cos of the deffering model numbers. Also the descriptions are different to the pic and comparison chart http://www.tesco.com/direct/product-comparison/product-comparison.page?products=208-2975|208-2975,215-0417|215-0417
I did ring Tesco Direct, but he couldn't find a different model number and said instore labeling may be different, but the label was on the underside of the kettle..0 -

You can't change them over from one department to another- well, you could, but the time it would take to do this would mean you wouldn't get a chance to. You'd have to get the vouchers put back onto your clubcard (would be worth what they were originally when doing this) then in the next mail out you'd be able to swap them over again, only problem is that you've only got until June and this would not be enough time.0 -
The Tesco clubcard voucher exchange is really a good with the given products. You are really shared very important news which is beneficial for many people who are here.0

Why not let everyone know what items you managed to get DTD on?
That's normally what we do here.0 -
I thought they'd stopped DTD and its JTD now. (DTD= Double The Difference, JTD= Just The Difference). They stopped it a few months ago as far as I was aware.0

No...? DTD still applies, unless they changed the policy and didn't inform anyone!!
Also, if anyone works for T and is doing the double up scheme, mind your discount!!! It is taking your 10% off AFTER you insert all your coupons...I've lost £20 worth of discount because of this but I facebook'ed htem and they said they'd refund the difference in clubcard vouchers...cheers! *sarcastic face*
Just keep this in mind when you're buying, I'm not sure if we need to call them to get the discount back x0 -

Are you getting confused with the price match scheme with other supermarkets?
That used to be DTD if they were more expensive than Asda etc. on your shop, this changed to JTD when people started to use it as a money making exercise.
DTD still applies if they overcharge you on the SEL price.0 -

It doesn't matter how you pay for your shopping vouchers, exchange-vouchers or cash - the figure will be the same i.e. after any multi-buys have been accounted for.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0
