Ugh. I'm gutted, was about to buy a £550 Canon 600D and now it's OOS...if it doesn't come back in stock I'm going to ask for them to put it on a GC or something...might as well try :(((

Yes it is a real problem.

I doubled up a large amount as well, all for the garden dept. It took me ages to input all the codes(68!!) and I was expecting things to go out of stock by the time I had finished, but I was lucky and it was all ok.

I do think if you have entered an item in your basket and then it goes out of stock they should let you have your points back.

Still waiting for items to be dispatched and just had a text to say delivery is delayed until tomorrow, but according to my account the items have not been dispatched yet, and I was never given a delivery date anyway.

I've never used this deal before, but thanks to this thread, I've just bought a waterproof Nikon camera for my hols :j

    What a palaver though!

Surely there must be an easier way to use the codes online, ie a button to press saying "use all available codes".

Took me over an hour to convert vouchers and then input all the 11 codes - page kept crashing and it kept rejecting codes :(

Still, camera was £239.97 before codes - £32.97 delivered after :D

Jeepers I thought I'd done well to convert £110 into 22 vouchers. I'd printed mine off from my online account so between the CS lady having to type in each voucher code manually then waiting for the vouchers to print off, I figured they'd have the next generation iPod Touch out by the time I'd finished! Honestly, I've never seen so much wasted paper in my life.

sorry if this is a dum question - have never redeemed vouchers in the exchange before and realised that the £145 worth of vouchers I've been hanging on to for years could get me a new microwave!

When you add the number of vouchers you want to redeem is the number before they double it? I.e I want to buy a microwave that is £130 so am I asking for 13 vouchers @ £5 each (£65 value) which gets doubled to 130?

Dum I know ....:o but if anyone could help I'd be grateful

Yes that's right, you need to order 13 vouchers :)

thank you - have now got my e-vouchers and tried to order but says it doesn't recognise my delivery address and I don't get the option to 'click & collect'.

Anyone else had difficulties ordering?? Tried to ring the number they suggested to complete my order but that'a joke as it just rings and rings!

Has anyone else found that the item they've ordered has gone out of stock? I wondered where my order was so checked online and it says out of stock - I've received no notification but they've happily taken my payment.

just phoned tesco and they said because I paid partly with vouchers they can't refund it so I have to wait until it comes back in stock and then phone back up! Of course they have no idea how long that will be but suggested checking online tomorrow. Yes, very helpful thanks very much grrr  Really wish I'd got more cross with him but the guy clearly wanted to fob me off as it's nearly the end of shift!
  • What happens if you buy something within the offer and then wish to change it for something else in a different department that isn't inclusive on the offer? Does the value stay the same as the item you've returned or does it go back to the ordinary value?
