I'd like to know the answer to this aswell. :o

Also, they have a code for 25% off Tesco clothing here: http://www.hotukdeals.com/vouchers/25-off-tesco-clothing-with-ecoupon-1221680

Does anyone know if this code can be used with clubcard exchange vouchers? E.g. spend £55; use 25% off to get total down to £41.25 and then use a £40 voucher?

Can a Tesco conditional spend coupon be used with the double-up vouchers instore?

Thanks and sorry for all the questions. :o

I think it depends on who you get on CS.
This happened to an older lady in front of me at CS before Xmas. She'd picked up a coat, the hanger said size 18 but when she got home the label said 16 so she took it back to get it changed but they didn't have any more.
The girl at CS wasn't very helpful and told her that no she couldn't get a full refund because she'd doubled up the vouchers and was about to give her half the total back but the lady wanted to pick out something different and CS girl said she couldn't because she'd started the refund  I had to butt in and asked CS could they get the person dealing with clothing because this lady was getting so upset over losing out on the double vouchers. Was told that she'd have to go round and see someone herself, so I took her round and told her on the way there to tell them she wanted other clothes to the value of the coat and take nothing less, clothing person said she would honour it because it was still within the terms of the vouchers. She looked but couldn't find anything but I said to her they'd give her a new reciept for whatever she chose and just to take that to another Ts and get the refund from them. So that's what we did, I then took her to the next Ts with clothing and she got all her money back.

so in the end it does depend on the CS person and what you're happy to have, some will refund half the money, some put the original value of the vouchers on your clubcard but if you exchange for something in the same dept and so long as they give you a reciept for the new stuff you pick up and they don't write on it that it was originally paid for with double vouchers (I have had this done before) you should be able to get a full refund.

Sorry for being long winded and as usual Ts don't seem to have a set policy, just do whichever you feel happy and comfortable with

I was getting errors in my usual browser but when I tried it in IE9 it worked fine.

Finding there are increasingly fewer rewards I'm interested in so the double up offer is great for me. Just ordered some new furniture that I've been after for a while.

    Very good question.

I doubt it can be done but does anyone know for sure?

    Anyone managed to do this?

Yes you can use the codes online with discount codes, before christmas I managed to get a cashmere cardigan down to £11 something with stacking codes, then doubled up a £5 voucher so spent £1.20 or something like that of my own money. Wwas very pleased. Should work instore too.

    Thanks for that.

Is it still the case this time around though? It does say in the t&cs that codes starting TX/TDX cannot be used at the same time.

I had no problems yesterday but now I cannot get it to work. Perhaps it is down to the volume of demand?

    Anyone else having problems today?

Yes you can exchange one voucher for two different departments and anything leftover will go back onto your clubcard.

Yes , just add the different depts to your basket for the amount that you want. You will then 'pay' for your basket with your voucher/s.

Thanks Tesco for some real bargains on this deal but it has just taken me ages to input all the codes. I wish they would do higher amounts other than £10 for larger purchases.
