Nothing been dispatched yet on my order. Delivery says by 9th June. Why so long? I thought delivery was in 5 days or so?0

Also, if anyone works for T and is doing the double up scheme, mind your discount!!! It is taking your 10% off AFTER you insert all your coupons...I've lost £20 worth of discount because of this but I facebook'ed htem and they said they'd refund the difference in clubcard vouchers...cheers!
No different from any oher coupon/voucher always give the staff card first to take the discount of the outstanding value - then the coupons. If you do it the other way round it takes it off the outstanding value after the coupons/vouchers have reduced it.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

Do you mean instore? Last i knew, it's not possible to accept a discount card once vouchers have been scanned......0 -

That used to be DTD if they were more expensive than Asda etc. on your shop, this changed to JTD when people started to use it as a money making exercise.
DTD still applies if they overcharge you on the SEL price.
Thanks- I think Tesco have [STRIKE]misinformed[/STRIKE] LIED to me! I have many times in the past few months found price errors where I've paid for an item which is not on offer despite saying so but have only been given the difference back (so its the same as the price on the label). I have had this happen in a few stores now
I think I need to go back to Sainsburys, this is the fifth separate issue Tesco have let me down on in this month alone and we've still a whole nother week to go!0 -

Yes I know they do not always automatically give it to you and sometimes even refuse when it is queried.
Last time this happened to me I emailed Tesco Customer Services and someone rang me. They apologized, said they were going to speak to the store manager and sent me a gift card for the difference.0 -

Obviously...my card is registered online already. It comes up with 10% discount on the ACTUAL cost of the item. THEN. I add coupons as a payment method, and with every £10 voucher, it reduces my discount by £1. It's an error on their site, and they're aware of it. There's nothing we can do from our home, it has to be there end, I dont think this would happen instore though0 -

The crucial thing here is - when is the grand total button pressed to get the amount required!?
As long as the Clubcard is scanned before the final button - but to ensure discount is also given - it should be before coupons - usually no problem getting coupons reversed - CC scanned - coupons through again (NB you can't reverse a CC voucher).I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
Just wondered if anyone can help.
I have clubcard vouchers which will run out in July of this year. I had saved them for the double-up scheme in the hope they would include either TVs or have mobile phone's I'd be at least sort of interested in. Neither have happened so I have my clubcard vouchers left.
I don't want to use them but am thinking if I could double them up the next time they do this I may have better luck, but again, they are going to run out in just over a month's time.
I was trying to think of a way around this and wondered if I doubled them up then didn't use them, and therefore Tesco put the vouchers back onto my clubcard, would this mean the expiry date is then pushed further back so I could use them next time? Or do I lose them?0 -

Please Do NOT do this - see voucher exchange T & Cs - they must be used by the 19th June - no ifs no buts! That is use them or lose them.
There will almost certainly be another Voucher Exchange in December - though who knows what will be in it - so that those in the Christmas Club can participate.
Don't know what vouchers run out in July, but easiest way is just to ring CC to get them to 'roll-it-over' to the next period = new date.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
