"Greece".....“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

See that swift move ... grab the 20 euro note and shove it in the hand of the sticky child, who then started to eat it ... thus ensuring nobody'd want it back.0

Quite shocking how much Germany financially benefited from the Greek borrowing binge, back when Germany was recovering from the mess of reunification.
And yet Germany now want to impose crippling austerity, having bled them dry.
I may have mentioned that before....“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

Holy crap, it's amazing how widespread the desire to keep the Euro is...“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”

And 'Doctors of the World' calling Greece a 'modern humanitarian crisis'.
Aid programmes in Athens, not Africa, to feed the poor and provide basic medical care to the masses.
That's not the story some on here like to tell about the cuts mostly being retiring at 65 now instead of 55 before.....“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”

Damn, missed the start and now we are in Germany. Was the Greece bit any good? Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Give the people a break they're hard up.
The 20euro was to pay for the meal they'd just gave him.
But it was quick thinking by the woman giving it to the baby.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,

Yes.
I was actually surprised by how shockingly widespread the poverty is. Not what you expect for a European country in 2012.
Perhaps it's because I'd started to half-believe some of the nonsense on here about the cuts not being that bad.... But it was worse than I expected.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
