I quite often forget to put things in the fridge overnight and have never had any ill effects from eating the food.
Just make sure that it is heated thoroughly before you eat it.0 -
We often leave things out overnight as they are still too warm when we go to bed.
I'm a great believer in the "sniff test" - if things look and smell OK, make sure you heat it thoroughly and it should be fine!
