I have just found my sausages best before date is yesterday.
Does anyone know if they are safe to eat, or is it like a chicken, no go?

Dates on stuff are always conservative and are probably decided more by the stores' legal departments than anyone else.
Best Before doesn't mean Deadly After.
Use the good old "sniff test" and, as always with any meat, ensure it's cooked thoroughly.The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0 -
Use you judgement/gut on them, if they smell okay and have been stored okay then probably okay to eat today. Cook them well and test a small piece.Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0

I would use your senses. Even have a little taste and see. Do let us know what you did and in future, make sure you freeze them!!!!
