I am about an hour and a half away from there :( BUT if I do get staffy pup then I will be travelling over that way to collect her :)

Been keeping myself busy and doing a lot with dog, he is now on 3 classes a week (but his behaviour is getting worse!). Worrying about this weekend though as I have nothing planned really other than a few bits and bobs and most people I know are busy. Just hoping I don't get down in the dumps spending so long on my own.

I have got a day out with a friend planned sightseeing, a dog class and there is a fete going on near here on the Tuesday, so there are a few things to do. I guess I am just trying to keep myself busy so I don't think about all the rubbish with the ex. Grrr!

Helping out at Brownies hasn't really worked out. I have had to work late for the past couple of weeks so missed it, and I don't want to keep letting them down.

I can feel myself slipping back in to my old ways of not pushing myself to get out, and then feeling lonely.

Shame you are so far away, but we can have virtual walkies on here :D

I'm feeling a bit cba this weekend. Haven't really done anything today, except sort the ponies. Planning to gate crash the next village's jubilee thing tomorrow though :D

Our village is having a fete on Tuesday so I will go down to that. Was going to take pooch but last year when I did that he ended up in the hook and duck paddling pool :(

Have put my name down on the meetup group for a cinema trip on Wednesday which should be nice, just got to make myself go!

I vaguely remember that RL forum from back in the day before MSE, facebook and Twitter - I think it was quite good - wonder if it's still going? :rotfl:

Of course you are allowed to giggle! I did afterwards, not so much at the time though!

Meeting some people from dog class this morning for a walk which should be nice. Worried I am slowly turning in to crazy dog lady though!

I went on a meetup cinema trip last night. I was quite nervous but when I got there the people were lovely.

I did sometimes feel a bit out of my depth, but then decided that as nobody knew me I could 'act' sociable and noone would know that I was having to act!

Ended up getting on well with people and am now looking forward to a meetup social on Saturday night. There are about 35 people down to go, eeek! At least I will recognise at least 6 people
