Well Champix headaches have calmed down lots!!!! Double the dosage tomorrow again. No weird dreams as yet, I'm gonna be real disappointed if I don't get any I can tell you all about afterwards :rotfl:

DD started her physio on Tuesday. Physio doesn't know if it's gonna do her much good, but might strengthen her muscles for when she gets/needs surgery. TBH she needs surgery now but they are reluctant to do it, 1 because she's only 21, 2 because it's not always successful. Bless her, she's been doing the exercises religiously, but now the knee is locking out of position, especially when she's sitting.

But I'm looking at it like.... well she has no life atm because of the knee, even if it stabilises the kneecap, but doesn't improve the pain... At least she'll be able to do a wee bit of something... Find out more on Tuesday when she gets her MRI scan. Or maybe a little later when the docs get to look at it.

For goodness sake, here we go again. There is a separate thread solely for E-cigs. That us on NRT or Champix aren't welcomed to with open arms either. And personally wouldn't ask for advice on.

There is another thread that has been hijacked by e-smokers too, where there will be plenty of advice, but you carry on posting on a thread where it's been said no to e-cigs. Yes I agree we all need advice when kicking the weed, what we don't need is e smokers turning antagonistic towards us who shun e cigs. E-cig advice is available on that thread. Personally, I've used them, had a bit of success, not total obviously or I wouldn't now be on Champix. BUT, the health effects aren't known as yet. How do you know that stickly glycerine stuff doesn't stick to your lungs as much as tar does? It's not a licensed product, we don't know the long term effects of it. Who knows they probably will be nothing but until proven, I'll stick with my more conventional methods. Even if it does give me a few days of headaches and some weird dreams :rotfl:

Sue says black, some of you lot say white. Seems like a form of cyber bullying to me

Beenie - Well done. I had an attempt on Champix a few years ago.The dreams were vivid but funny at the same time but I do like a good laugh:rotfl: I was about 8 weeks off the cigs on Champix the last time but have tried various methods to stop. Probably name it and I've tried it. So as a 40 a day smoker, I'll be glad to put up with a few weird dreams if it puts me off the blaady things!

You will!! We won't undo our hard work, it's not worth it is it? I always think, if i had a fag now i've wasted the last 4 weeks with them on my mind only to undo it all!
